^meron na pa lang Zumba, it started na ba? kala ko i=launch pa lang?

i attended Retro GX, my gulay..ang sakit ng legs ko after.LOL at first i thought i was wearing the wrong shoes, so 2nd session i wore different shoes,masakit pa din.. bottomline, my shoes is not the problem. im heavy lang talaga. binintang ko pa sa shoes ko!

^^ I used to work out at RCBC. My monthly membership fee was Php3400 (non-passport). That's excluding pa what I used to pay for personal training. For passport membership (Trinoma is the other Platinum branch), it was Php3700.

^ sis, i go to FF Megamall pag weekends. Okay naman ang crowd. One thing i like about their club is malaki and maraming pangcardio (na gumagana, sa north kasi, laging may sira). hindi pa ko naka-attend ng class sa kanila though, but my friend who did had always invited me to go to a class with her. hindi lang kasi nagkakatugma yung sked namin. mas marami rin silang shower, so hindi masyadong problem pag peak. mejo bad trip lang minsan kasi mahina yung tubig. sabi naman nila sa piping daw ng megamall yun.

Gusto ko na din mag enroll. may gym naman dito sa office na free pero maganda din na may binabayaran para may value. or manghihinyang ako at mapilitang mag gym hehe. may mga instructors naman dito na mag gguide mga sis? may bayad din ba yun?

^You can ask them questions and help na din but if you want them to train your or come up with a routine for you, yes may bayad yon.

Sa Megamall ako nagwoworkout sis. Ok naman. Malaki ang place at lahat ng machines ay ok din.

Wanted gym buddies!!!!
More than 2yrs na ko member ng FF but i never get the hang of it. Mainly becoz im super tamad magcommute from Valenzuela to SM North. Plus ive always been so shy so i didnt get to meet friends in the gym. Maybe gym buddies will help motivate me. Im so "dambuhala" na!!! I need to start getting active again! Im planning to have a Trainer para lang may magguide sa kin since magsisimula pa lang ako....ulit

...i used to love attending body combat...

Sis dontdothat, alam ko yung sa Deal Grocer totoo yon kasi yung friend ko dati doon siya nag-avail ng one month membership sa FF. Check mo yung website ng Deal Grocer kung nagbebenta pa sila ng coupon for FF.
