Sa slimmers lang yun, mahal talaga sa fitness first but if you to see their facilities you would know kung bakit ganun yung price. I've checked slimmers and golds gym and I would say no one beats fitness first when it comes to facilities.

hi mga sis, new ff MOA member here. Enrolled last week pero today lang ako nakapunta because of workload sa office and nakalagay naman March 20 pa start ko, though pwede ako magworkout sa MOA pero hindi pa pwede sa other branches (haayy kaloka). Passport member pala ako btw. Problem is, yung assigned trainer ko is wala kanina so iba yung nag-assist sa akin. Once ko lang nakausap yung PT ko nung tumawag siya sa cp.

Now im thinking kasi of working out this coming weekdays sa RSC kasi malapit lang sa office. Ang dilemma ko ngayon is yung mag-gaguide sa akin, kasi nga I haven't met pa talaga yung assigned PT ko and I don't have any idea sa magiging routines ko. May PT naman nag-assist sa akin kanina pero dinemonstrate nya lang yung paggamit ng equipments. Question is, kung pumunta ako sa RSC payagan kaya nila ako bigyan ng bagong assigned trainer or kahit papaano may tutulong?

Sis linacheng, ask your last trainer to endorse you to another trainer in RSC. Pwede naman yon sis, sabihin mo na lang mas malapit kasi sa office mo yung RSC. If ever pwede ka mag gym sa RCBC let me know para sabay tayo pero I join mga group exercises e. I'm relatively new sa FF kaya wala pa din ako masyado kilala.

Basta huwag ka uupo. Kasi madumi don, syempre pawis at yung iba naglilibag pa don. Yikes. Not unless itataas mo rin yung towel mo para hindi mo maupuan, and para hindi sumayad.

Ako nakasports bra and panties. Iniiwan ko muna yung towel ko sa labas para hindi mabasa.

sis im very new at rcbc. sabay tayo. i have no friends there yet eh, i work out from 7-730 til 930

hi! abang ka lang ng promo sa mga group buying sites. last year nag promo yung dealgrocer on fitness first. 1 month unlimited lang. no tie up asfaik
