Pero madalas ako sa RCBC kasi mahilig ako magswim tsaka like one of our sis, maluwag siya. Actually hindi pa pala official kasi hindi pa ako nag sign up with free PT sessions with her. When I asked my friends, hindi naman sila inalok ng PT sessions. Tapos my niece's friend, she got a personal trainer, pero after her PT sessions, hindi naman pumayat. Alam ko pag nag PT ako mas malaki yung chance na papayat ako, pero in all honesty I like working out on my own pace and time. I need o lose weight kasi but I was once active. Danced ballet for 13 years then joined the swimming varsity team in high school. Did yoga a lot last year. Feeling ko active-active naman ako pero may pagkatamad din and when it comes to sweets and sinful food, go ako!

^ Sis, for me, okay ang PT kasi mamo-motivate ka talaga.  And, because of the PT at mahal nga, I decided to cut back on dining out and buying Starbucks coffee - things na hindi makakatulong sa plan kong magpapayat.  Sabi kasi ng PT, I also need to modify my diet and eating habits (not naman to starve or skip meals, more on avoiding fatty and sweet food and eating more of veggies, fruits and lean meat) if I am to achieve my fitness goal.

sis , diet and exercise goes in hand kahit mag exercise ka if you will not discipline yourself when it comes to food intake honestly nothing will happen.  Getting a PT will actually help you kasi may magmomotivate sayo and will help you reach your goal but it really depends on your budget. Ok ang mga PT ng fitness first kahit saang branch ang gawin mo humingi ka muna ng free workout then you decide ganun ang ginagawa ko.

I miss going to the gym been absent for almost 2months now.  hopefully bukas makapunta ako  :D

meron po ba ditong member ng FF Trinoma?  how much po monthly?  okay po ba facilities?  okay din po ba mga PTs?

i really, really need to lose weight na po kasi.  it's been 2 years since i have given birth to my first baby.  up to now, i only lost 12lbs out of the 40lbs i gained.  i am now hypertensive na because of my weight gain.

i am not much of a gym fun po, but i think its about time i develop the habit of going to one kasi tumataba and tumatanda na ako.

inputs and info about FF trinoma po will be greatly appreciated po :-)

I used to be a member of FF Trinoma, I paid 3450 a month.

Sos. Kalerkei si Ate.

Still thinking of joining FF. I was there yesterday for a tour the manager offered me 2300 monthly fee for 4 months with 2 free PT and Nutritionist. I need to pay 2600 initially thats admin fee, joining fee and the 1 month fee. Lesser yung price because of credit card, which he said will be used as a guarantor if in case di nakabayad ng monthly dues.

when they say 2 free PT.. that's 2 training sessions with him? I was not able  to ask him kasi.

He'll give me also 2 weeks Guest pass daw hehe pahabol pa.

Yes 2 PT sessions, I thought 3 PT sessions na ngayon.

When i joined ff rsc, i got a platinum membership. 3 free pt sessions yung kasama. Kaso lang my pt did not teach me how to use the other machines. Hanggang cardio machines lang tsaka konting floor exercises. Hindi na ako nag sign up ng pt sessions with her kasi feeling ko hindi worth it kung siya yung pt ko. meron ba kayo sis marecommend na pt from rcbc?

sis you can just go to rcbc and may pt na magpapakilala sayo tapos then get a free session before you decide kung sino ang gusto mo  ;D
