sis ang rate ng PT hindi base sa branch but base  sa position nila if silver, gold or platinum....siyempre pinakamura silver, pinakmahal platinum....

So does it mean that I got the platinum? :o

I don't know ha.  But in RCBC, I've noticed that all PT sessions last for an hour, hindi 30 minutes.  And, maraming nag-P-PT kaya impossible na may PT session that will last for more than an hour.  Ang trainer ko nga, from 5 pm to 9 pm, booked siya kaya I really have to observe the 24-hour rule for cancellation of sessions.  Walang chica-chica.  All business.

I quit Fitness First like a couple of years na tapos tumawag nung isang araw asking me if I want to come back. When I said no, I'm no longer interested in coming back, ang sagot ba naman "ay, bakit ayaw niyo na po."

Madalas 1.5hr to 2hrs, pero considered as 1 session pa rin yon. Ewan ko kung bakit ganon? Well, swerte ko siguro.

meron sis, hindi lang nila inaalok kasi siyempre mas mababa ang comission nila. but meron yun go to the frontdesk directly and ask, 1hr lang naman talaga ang PT eh if they give you more than an hr courtesy na lang yun and you said booked trainer mo from 5-9pm then thats the reason why 1hr lang kayo kasi tuloy tuloy...if you want longer time look for a trainer na mas walang client

Anyway, happy naman ako with my trainer, punishing talaga ang routine pero effective.  And I am also not ma-chica kaya okay lang na all-business. :)

Sige, thanks so much for enlightening me.  I will pay attention to the pictures of the other trainers nga and see kung sino ang mas mukhang mura ang rates. ;)  I'll ask din the front desk people.

With FF, based on my 5 years with them before and now that I returned, I've observed that you really have to haggle for better rates ano?  I'll make my own drama-dramahan pag mag-expire na ang 4 months ko.  Sana mag-work. :)

E ako kasi, ako mismo pumunta don at nagsign up.

Sayang.

^ Mukha kasing kailangan ko talaga mag-gym kaya naisip siguro nila na go ako kahit anong price. :(  I've been out of shape since I gave birth 3 years ago.

Thanks for the tips angeleigh and snowyice.  Babalitaan ko kayo.  :)

totoo kapag mas walang client usually mas hindi marunong but it doesn't mean na hindi effective lol  ;D

pwede ba makipag tawaran ng fee??? I paid for the admin fee of 2100 when I joined and got 25% discount kasi I have citibank mercury drug ....pwede ba makipag huggle ng monthly dues?

meron silang promo n1700 but ang access mo m-f morning lang but should at least be 10months member

I checked last night.  My trainer is classed as Silver.  Bakit kaya ang mahal ng package ko?

Somebody posted that there's only one rate for PT in all branches.  I was given a package of 18 PT sessions (plus 2 bonus sessions) for Php14,250.  I was informed that the regular rate is Php1,100/session.

Bakit may Php8100 for 20 PT sessions in other branches?  I'm perplexed. ???

18+2 rin yung sakin for P8,100

Ang mahal nga ng sayo sis. Baka mukha ka kasi mayaman? hehe.

RCBC kasi is Platinum. Kasi may pool?

Then, when they said na Php1,100/session kapag walang package, kinagat ko na ang Php14,250/18+2 sessions.

I will investigate further and update everyone.

^ Php3700/month for 4 months, passport.

To be honest, nothing spectacular about the RCBC gym.  The lockers nga are de-susi pa.

For me, pinaka-okay na FF gyms na napuntahan ko are the ones at the Fort and Emerald Avenue, Ortigas.

Trinoma, RCBC, and Alabang have the same rate dahil pare-pareho silang platinum 3600k monthly, other branches na hindi platinum share the same rate as well, I think 2600k monthly but if you have citibank mercury drug you will get 25% discount.

But I will haggle talaga for a better rate.  Do you think it's a good idea to tell them kunwari na may better offer ako in some other gym (*Gold's kuno)?

tell your PT na namamahalan ka. usually meron silang scheme ..aminado naman sila na mahal ang package nila eh...sa isang branch na alam ko kapag nagrenew ka they will give you +5 sessions. ask your PT if he can give you such or if you want enroll ka na lang ng 30mins...yung 12600 30 sessions.

^^ Basta haggle lang sis. Wala naman mawawala, or you can opt to get a Silver PT. Papayat ka rin naman don. hehe. Ako i lost total of 20lbs in 2mos.
