I work out at Fitness First MOA. I'm honestly not impressed with their customer service. They've screwed up my credit card billing and have grouchy receptionists. The toilets are always messed up, they don't have rags available to wipe the machines, and the sauna is dirty.

I do enjoy the Group Ex sessions like Body Combat, Latin, and Bellydancing. They also have free refreshments like coffee and soda and 2 internet workstations. These I hardly ever use though because I go to the gym mainly to work out! They have nice machines for core workout although they need to be cleaned as they smell of sweat. :(

I must say they should really work on their customer service and cleanliness. I pay P2,500/mo and I think that should cover enough rags and clean toilets!

Overall, I'd give them a 2.5 out of 5 stars. I just can't wait till my membership expires so I can start looking for a more low-key but clean and has excellent customer service fitness facility. I believe that all gyms are the same.. but what would really set one apart is outstanding customer service.

Background: dati akong naggym sa QC with a PT, more or less for 2 years (4-5 times a week). Here's my newbie evaluation:

PT - This is really expensive. I will not be getting a PT since I still know my program. I will just ask for assistance if I need to use an equipment. I've already told the PT who assisted me in the free PT sessions that I will not avail his service.

Program - PT said that he will give me a program instead. With my old program, FF suggested program and some new routine I researched online, I will customize a new program. ;D

Group Classes - I think I will join them on the 3rd week. This is also suggested by the PT.

Cinefit - I really like the cinefit kasi threadmill talaga ako tinatamad.

I will do my best to maximize it. Sa FF, P2.6k for gym anywhere (passport) plus classes.

I will consult my MC and the manager regarding sa credit card issue. I want to be assured na magiging ok ang auto-charging nila sa cc ko. Thanks for sharing to all!

^Pwede yung 3 months and yes, meron pa ring membership fee.

Another ex-member here.

I had the ff:
Passport
12-month contract
PT

For the first 2 quarters I can say that I was really determined; 3rd quarter-I started dragging myself to the gym; 4th quarter-FF was out of my system but not in my cc.

I agree with what others have mentioned in this thread. Nothing can beat their marketing strategies, they can really make you say YES.

Equipments are great, better than Slimmer's. Lockers and Shower Area are also good except for Rob Summit since they only have 3 hair dryers available plus their old shower areas.

Trainers behave unprofessionally at times. They're also a bit of persistent.

Group Ex - enjoyable except for some oldies na maaarte.

I am speaking based on my experiences from FF Rob Summit, FF Fairview and FF The Block.

Will I ever go to Ff again?
 - No, I got what I wanted but I might just go to GG or some other gym cheaper than FF.
