^sis like what you said luto na lahat kaya no need na matagal sa oven. Actually you are melting the cheese lang naman sa oven. I would suggest that you use cook lasagna. I use Ideal Lasagna

my tita uses this recipe.. :)

* Meat Sauce
ground beef
red and green bell pepper
tomato sauce & tomato paste
salt & pepper
olive oil
garlic, onions
leftover ham, hotdogs, bacon
basil leaves

Saute beef in olive oil, onions and garlic, put everything in together & cook well.

* Bechamel Sauce
1/3 stick butter
1/3 flour
cream (half a carton)
milk (1 can evap)

Cook butter in low heat. Take out pan and dissolve flour in butter to even out the lumps. Once completely dissolved, cook flour by adding 1 can milk and mixing without let up in medium heat until it thickens. Once mixture has thickened, add some cream and the sauce is done.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spread 1 cup of the sauce mixture onto bottom of 12x8-inch baking dish. Top with layers of lasagna noodles, remaining sauce mixture and bechamel sauce. Repeat all layers; sprinkle with shredded cheese. Cover tightly with foil & bake for 1 hour. Let stand 5 to 10 min. before cutting to serve.

(You can also use the tomato sauce and bechamel sauce mixture for baked mac. Instead of using lasagna noodles, you can just use macaroni.) :D

1 kilo DM Spaghetti Sauce (Sweet style) - P78.50
1/4 ground beef - P50.00

Thank you sis...

One big can din ginamit ko... and you're right, mabenta nga ang recipe ni sis u8mypinkcookies.

For those who want their lasagna to be meatier, I used 1/2 kl of ground beef and added 5 square slices of ham (chopped). Naubusan ako ng mozarella and parmesan sa rob and sm grocery na pinuntahan ko, so I opted to use 1 quickmelt and 1 eden cheese.

Next time I'll try this using macaroni...

Thanks again sis u8mypinkcookies!

I always make lasagna on our special occasions! For the white sauce, I only use Nestle Cream, Alpine tapos add some cheese, and instead of the usual spaghetti sauce, I use Hunt's or Del Monte's Four Cheese sauce. Basta just top with a lot of cheese para yummy!  :)

i add cream cheese to my bechamel sauce mas nagiging yummy pa. also i prefer quickmelt than mozarella sa topping mas gusto ko kasi taste ng quickmelt.

the key to making sure the lasagna is perfectly formed, yung hindi nasisira when you slice and plate is to make sure konti lang ang water content ng meat sauce, so dapat malapot talaga siya versus your normal spaghetti na sauce. and sa bechamel i use alpine instead of full cream milk kasi mas mataas water content ng full cream.

For Red Sauce:
1 Del Monte Sweet Style Spaghetti Sauce
Ground beef
White Onion
Garlic
Salt and Pepper
Pamesan Cheese

For Bechamel Sauce:
1 can Campbell Cream of Mushroom
1 Nestle all purpose cream

Toppings:
Quickmelt Cheese

For Red sauce:
Saute Onion and Garlic
Add Ground Beef
Add Del Monte Sweet Style Spag Sauce
Add salt and pepper
Add Parmesan Cheese

For Bechamel Sauce:
In a pan mix Campbell Cream of Mushroom and Nestle All Purpose Cream.

Layer nyo lang sya, Pasta then Red Sauce muna then Bechamel tapos lagay nyo lang ng Quickmelt cheese. yung pinakataas don ako naglalagay ng madaming Quickmelt cheese. Bake for 10 to 15 mins or until mag golden brown yun cheese. ako binabantayan ko. Enjoy!

Yung tomato sauce ko, as is, straight from the can/jar or foil pack. Sa white sauce/bechamel, equal amount ng butter and flour, konting luto tapos add milk, eyeball nyo lang ang amount and mas ok kung warm milk para smooth talaga yung sauce, then add cheese (mixture of cheddar and parmesan) tapos nutmeg.

Pag assemble, eto arrangement ko

Tomato sauce
Pasta
Meat
Tomato sauce
Whitesauce
cheese
then repeat from pasta (mga 3layers lang)

baked sa preheated oven, 190-200C (depende sa oven),covered for 25 mins then 10 mins uncovered or hangang bubly and mejo brown na yung cheese.
