i was never a perfect wife, nag umpisa din ang marriage namin na puro away at tampuhan, it was only 1 year before he died na naging "perfect" ang lahat... pero I dont regret yung mga nangyari sa amin na misunderstandings before kasi we both learned from it and it was what made us want to make our marriage the best really.
I am speaking from a widow's viewpoint.
I appreciated him, I gave him my 200%, I gave him my life ...and ganun din siya sa akin, I am blessed to have known how it is to be loved by this one man with all his life, even until his last heartbeat...and thank God nasabi ko sa asawa ko lahat ng pasasalamat ko dahil naramdaman ko yung full extent of his love for me...

I have no regrets...kasi nga I did live my everyday with him as if it were the last...BUT If I could turn back time, I would have given him 500% instead of only 200, and instead of just giving him my life, maybe I would have given him 10 lifetimes more...

kaya sana ma appreciate natin mga asawa natin before they are taken from us,,,before it becomes too late...

right sis, palaging sinasabi ni hubby na we have lifetime to have and to be with ecah other sabi ko naman na ayokong ganun ang maging minset ko gusto ko ibigay lahat ng kaya kong ibigay everyday..para kinabukasan hindi ko masabi sa sarili ko na sana ito yung mga ginawa ko kahapon..

hubbu promise me everyday na i have him for life, and i believe him and i told him if ever i want to die before him, sabi nya bakit daw?then i said i couldn't live without you.i can't imagine mylife without you..sabi nya hindi daw pwede yun kase i still have my own life kahit i surrender my world to him na..at para sa anak namin kailangan kong maging strong...

i'm learning from him everyday, especially now, were atrting up with new things in our life..i undertsand his situation pero minsan napupunta pa din ako sa inis sa kanya...haaay!

but as you said sis, malalampasan din namin yung stage na yun at it will make our relationship stronger..

Actually, i kinda envy you sis. My hubby's not vocal and always had a hard time expressing himself. Even if i know he's really happy or excited. I will always asked him, "How much do you love me? Do you really love me?", and he would answer, "You know it already, why do you always ask?", and i would say, "You never showed, you never even tell. How would i know?"he would answer, "Its already understood, and you know me from the start, i'm not that vocal or expressive, but i do.". The point is, he really loves me, hindi nga lang obvious. hehe. Sa akin, i would always say i love him out of nowhere anytime, ganun ako eh. When he wondered i'd tell him, kelan ko pa sasabihin? pag wala na 'ko or pag hindi ko na alam yun? Actually nako-cornihan siya, pero i knwow deep inside gusto niya yun, me kurot sa kanya un, kinikilig siya dun. hehe.

Tama ka sis Gab, cherish every moment when its still there. Because we only have one life, and our hubby is what we are going to be with the rest of it.

And for you sis, all the best healing for your broken heart. Nakikita niya pa din how much you love him, even wala na siya dito. He is so proud of you.

death is my greatest fear. iniisip ko pa lang mawala ang husband ko naloloka na ako.  :'(

life is too short talaga. kaya nga sabi ni hubby na sana daw theres no room to make away at hiwalayan sa buhay namin dahil minsan lang, minsan lang daw kami mabubuhay sa mundo.

sumakit lalamunan ko dahil napapaiyak nako  :'(

Like sis Gabrielle Andre, from perfectionist workaholic career woman, i am now a simple living housewife and never been happier today in my life. Just the thought of losing my husband makes me cry  :'(

:'( naiyak talaga ako sa post mo sis, lalo ko namimiss ang hubby ko,he's  out of the country kasi ngayon.you are such a strong woman, i admire your courage and positive outlook in life. i realized na dapat ko pala talaga e treasure ang every moments ko with him, and be happy for still being with him,and the fact that we are still together and loving each other instead wasting every moment thinking of the negative things he could have done,na puro pag do duda lang naman.thanks sis for sharing :)

Sis Gabrielle Andre - question po, how was your life after the incident? I mean did you look for job to support your child? Nagoverseas ka po ba?

I salute you for being able to surrender yourself completely to your man.

That was the only thing that i failed to do.

Goodluck to you and your daughter sis. May God provide for you.

The kind of marriage u had is really something to aim for.

God Bless you.
