kailagan lang complete ka ng reequirements nila sis. like bank cert., ITR, passport, if married ka...marriage license, etc. nag apply kami inde umabot ng 1month yung approval namin. kaso 15days lang binigay sa amin as tourists. ok na din.

Kaya now I'm looking for a hotel na medyo in my budget huhuhu help naman mga sis! Citadines medyo pricey kasi.

Anybody know ba the name of the ticket na RIDE ALL YOU CAN? which covers the bullet train also? and how many times pwede magamit sa bullet train and for how many days? Help talga mga sis.

hi sis, nung pumunta kame ng japan for our international tour, yung prof namin bumili ng JR Pass, pwede kame sa almost all trains and bullet trains. not sure kung 3days or 5 days or 7days. pwede lang din ata bumili nito tourists lang. not sure lang if we're talking about the same ticket pero nagamit namin yan from hiroshima to tokyo, nung nagbullet train kame. and travel namin to nagoya, nagano, kyoto, etc..

kahit walang guarantor...ok [textspeak!],  basta complete ang requirements. kase yung isa kong officemate, na approve naman visa nila kahit wala silang guarantor. in my case, maswerte lang ako kase yung friend ko, may kakilala sya sa japan embassy at sya rin ang guarantor namin. kaya na approve kagad 

gusto ko rin bumalik dun pero not this year and maybe sa osaka naman ako punta. good luck mga sisses...

sis, wala kaming guarantor or invites from japan. nag apply lang talaga kami as tourists. We only waited less than a month sis. [textspeak!] mga 2 and half weeks or less pa.

yes sis,we're talking the same ride all u can ticket. my concern is talaga bang unli rides syakahit back and forth then going to another place na naman na back and forth? and kahit hinde bullet train, basta JR company kahit yung local train, we can use it? and where kayo nag puchase noon sis and how much?

yes sis, unli rides sya. kasi kame ilang times namin ginamit to, pero within 7days lang ata. and yes, kahit hindi shinkansen "bullet train", basta JR. eto ang mode of transpo namin hanggang magexpire sya. sumakay kame sa ordinary train and bullet train naman from hiroshima to tokyo. im not sure lang where my prof bought the ticket, online ata sis, and nung time na bumili sya nun, it costs us around 30,000 yen. sulit to sis. once lang ako nakaexperience ng JR pass, kasi madalas na punta ko naman sa jpan, sa tokyo lang ako coz my mom lives there with my stepdad

how come super tagal ng approval ng tourist visa nyo? Saang accredited agency kayo nag-apply?

Normally kasi sinasabi ng agency upon inquiry pa lang at ask mo sila kung gaano katagal malalaman kung approved o denied eh sagot nila: within 1 week, malalaman kung denied o hihingi ng mga additional supporting docs, pero kadalasan, maximum of 1 week - alam na kung denied o hindi..

PASSED: sticker visa, color red, w/ black and white photo of yours (yung isang japan standard na sinubmit mong photo) laminated ng plastic halos 3/4 portion ng buong sticker visa..

15 days lang talaga ang allowed stay sa lahat ng turista except diplomats, athlete, govt officials, elite businessman, etc..

DENIED: may sticker daw na ididikit sa likod ng passport yung consuls

Yan yung accredited travel agency na nag-process ng JP Visa namin.. You can always try to call and inquire para sure kayo sa sagot ng mismong travel agency (mahirap kasi kung puro posts lang dito yung basis)

(too bad, 1week lang kami dun, budget consumed for 1week vacay: appx. php170-180k for 2 pax, me and bf, hati kami - mahal talaga sa Japan - di pa namin kaya ng 2weeks, at may trabaho kasing naghihintay dito pagbalik, so quick vacay lang talaga, para makapag-celebrate ng special occasion  )

^ buti pa kayo mga sis LOL, iba talaga pag elite eh.. Kusang iga-grant kasi yan ng JP embassy eh, lalabas na lang yung passport mo w/ visa na.. Hindi ka naman mamimili o mag-rerequest for 15 o 90 days, bawal yun..

Kung na-grant ka ng 90days, eh di super ok ka nga sa embassy.. O baka pang 10x na tour nyo na yun (malamang nasa tamang edad ka na din para maka-afford ng paulit-ulit na tour sa Japan), meaning, more than a million peso na ang na-spend nyo sa bansa nila (w/c is good para sa economy nila)..

Kaya siguro you get "extra-ordinary treatment"

Pang elite lang talaga at para lang sa mga nasa right age na, tipong donya o don na, nasa mid na ng maganda at stable na pamumuhay, tapos na sa "pag-uumpisa".. Pag young naman, tipong  anak ng donya o don (rich kid,heredero/heredera) -- Sarap naman ng ganun, you guys are so lucky!

Parang sa USA lang din yan.. My classmate in HS (26yo,single) is always complaining to us (whenever we chat online) na she's not seeing her parents that often anymore.. Pero they're all living in the same house (mom/dad nya + sya) Nagkikita na lang sila pag sunday (mama's girl pa naman yun, only child eh).. Kung minsan hindi pa, kasi tulog sya maghapon ng sunday dahil gumimik/nag-party the other night (since subsob sa work the whole week, sa clubbing nakakapag-enjoy sya kahit once a week lang daw, para ma-enjoy din naman nya ang buhay).. She don't have any other option but to work endlessly, currently she have 1 full time job and 1 part-time.. Sabi nga nya kasi samin: She pays for her own sh*t , kaya di pede hindi mag-trabaho.. At kung di sya mag-work, ma-dead sya sa pagka-bored since lahat ng kapamilya nila at buong neighborhood eh working talaga.. So wala syang mkaka-chikahan pag daytime..

She always thinks na parang they just moved in to the states para lang maging subsob sa trabaho.. They're currently paying kasi for their newly bought house and lot (suburb), under loan kaya tulong-tulong sa gastos.. Kaya kung sya daw papiliin mas gusto nya sa pinas ulit tumira, kahit simple lang buhay, hindi masyadong stressed out, mas masaya mas balanced ang buhay.. Pero when she thinks of her future children/family once mag-asawa na sya, mas gusto naman nya sa states hehe.. Ang gulo

hi sis! uhm, i dont think naman na kung bigtime ka or elite ka lang bibigyan ng 90days visa. kasi ako naman ang guarantor ko japanese (stepdad ko). basta complete lang ang documents na ibibigay ng guarantor at ako sa embassy, shoot na yun, 90days visa. i can apways apply for extension sana, pero never ko pa natry na 90days ako dun since lageng summer ako pumupunta and i have to be back for school. lahat din ng cousins ko na nagaapply going to japan eh 90days din ang visa. kasi may kamag anak kame na nagsponsor meron pala akong visa na 15days, yung international tour namin. lahat kameng classmates pumunta dun, part ng curiculum namin. sponsor namin govt people. kaya lang may itinerary kasi and good for 15days lang talaga kame. pero hindi ako sumabay saknila paguwi. kasi nagpaextend kame ng parents ko ng visa ko, another 15days. havent been to universal studio either! but we want to, kaya lang may work kasi both my parents kaya no time pa. disneyland palang 2-x and mt. fuji and fujikyu. hindi din kasi ako mahilig sa rides! LOL!

and yes, super expensive talaga sa japan. 1 can of soda is around 120-150 jpy. pero kung hindi mo icoconvert sa peso, tama lang. hehe.

sis even if may guarantor ka, still the embassy has the decision whether to give you 90 days or 2 weeks lang.

may kasabayan kasi ako, sister din nya ang nasa japan, 2 weeks lang din ang binigay. so i guess case to case basis talaga.

regarding naman,sa dun na nakatira at di makapasyal, siguro kase malayo sa kanila yung mga disney.
people there are workaholic, some even have work until saturday so sa sunday they would rather rest talaga.
living in japan is expensive kase, ang rent ng apartment dun nasa 5 lipad, eh itsura pa nun ang panget, di plok plok ang toilet, how much more if sa tokyo mismo nagrerent?...how much lang naman sweldo ng ordinary emlpoyee dun, nasa 15 to 20 lapad.
mura ang food kasi sa 1 hour work mo 1 meal na equivalent nun.


kumbaga, wala ding pinagkaiba sa ordinary people dito.

sabagay may kakilala din ako na 30days lang ang binigay na visa. mali pala yung pagkakaexplain ko, im just basing it kasi in my experience. na may guarantor ako and 90days ang binibigay sakin na visa. di pa ako nabigyan ng 15 or 30 except dun sa intl tour namin. yes, living in japan is expensive. yung cousins ko dun na nagrerent 10lapad na house palang. they live in tokyo, pero not yung sentro talaga. malayo na din pero tokyo pa rin.

been reading through the posts and i'm getting nervous & excited. we will be applying for a visa by the end of this month; hopefully our guarantor will be able to furnish us the required docs from his end.

questions:
1. we'll be 4--me, hubby & 2 kids. hubby's been there twice (for official chuva). better chance of getting approved? we've done a bit of travel rin naman, HK, Thailand, US.

2. do we need to purchase plane tickets for our visa application? forgot to ask the lady from Reli.

no need to purchase ticket sis para makapag apply ng visa. when you get your visa, saka nalang kayo bumili ng ticket (hope tama yung sagot ko)
