i miss tokyo and karuizawa

Just got back.  I'd say almost lahat sa list ko napuntahan namin. Prob lang is hindi kami nakaikot sobra. kung baga 1-2 hours lang each place bec of time constraints.

Comments ko pala about Disney:

If you have been to ther other disneylands and only have one day to spare, I would recommend going to DisneySea - ito kasi gawa namin. With 1 free day, we visited DisneySea since Disney Tokyo lang nga ang may DisneySea sa lahat ng Disneyland worldwide.

Walang kupas parin ang Tower of Terror and Indiana Jones, kasi never, as in never talaga ako nagsawa dito sa ride na ito kahit meron sa iba.   

For the roller coaster na may 360 degree loop, ok lang. Feeling ko mas thrilling yung sa California Adventure (LA Disney) kasi mas mataas ang height doon.  But then, ok lang din. 

Journey to the Center of the Earth - sayang, closed sya nung andun kami.

20,000 leagues - ok lang. Iba (bago) kasi sya, at hindi ko sya na-encounter sa ibang Disney (unless bagong ride talaga sya).

Stormrider - (aside from journey to the center of the earth, 20000 leagues) kakaiba din ito. maganda ang effects.

Ariel's haven or something. Isang syang themed section inside the park na enclosed with at least 5-6 rides.  Parang covered Glicos ang dating nya pero bigger, more spacious and with lots of entertainment, for photo op etc.  Though we did not enjoy the place as much kasi feeling ko for younger kids sya kasi ang mga rides nya is caterpillar, etc. umiikot na cup, the typical ones that you see in our carnivals.

Aquatopia - nothing special (parang Autopia lang sa HK).

Simbad - ok lang din (parang Pirates), maganda din pagkakagawa
Did not get to see much shows kasi they are all in Japanese.  Pinatos lang namin yung Brother Band Beat (in English songs) which is nice by the way.

Food is a bit pricey, and hindi ganun kasarap. Just dont know if we just got hungry when we were on the wrong side of the park. 

Mahal din ang mga souvenirs. I find them a lot more expensive compared to US and HK.

Babalik pa ba kami?  Maybe yes. Maybe not.  Yes para sa Journey to the center of the earth and Tower of Terror (I dont recall taking this ride in HK at masyadong malayo naman ang US para ito lang ang sakyan namin). Not bec maybe next time, I would rather explore the city more (Ghibli Museum etc) at sa mga di ko pa napuntahan than go back to DisneySea.

actually, surprisingly nung andun kami, hindi pa sobrang init.

sa Mt Fuji, foggy pa nga at maulan. Sa City tokyo, maulan, though nung nagDisney kami, umaraw. yun day lang na yun ang mainit. Mataas ang araw, pero feeling ko hindi pa sya kainitan ng summer, pa-summer palang.

hello sisses! my mom is living in japan and some of my cousins too. i usually go there once a year or once every two years to visit my mom and stepdad. i miss japan! last time i went there was last year pa, i was single back then. wanna go there this december sana!

super like ko ang mos burger and other food in mcdo na wala dito sa pinas. been to hiroshima, kyoto, nagoya, hakuba, miyajima and tokyo. these were the places/cities we roamed around during our international tour. but i usually stay in tokyo when i go there on vacation to visit my parents and other relatives

hello! do any of you know travel agencies that conduct tours in japan without  disneyland? we want to go to japan on december but usually tours are packaged with disneyland which ayaw ni mommy. all of her kids are full grown adults. 3 out of 4 hates amusement parks

hi sis vhanya! you can always try to apply for a tourist visa naman. i think easier now compared before kasi may mga agencies na. i have a cousin in law who tried applying for a tourist visa without a guarantor, madaming papers hiningi sakanya. itenerary, bank statement (her's was more than half a million) pero denied sya. eto yung old way pa of applying for visa ha, yung pupunta ng japan embassy pa and wala pang bayad ang visa. mas madali na ngayon dahil sa mga accredited agencies na maglalakad ng visa application mo, you just have to pay a certain amount for them to process your application. yun nga lang may visa or wala hindi na ibabalik yung money mo

regarding visa application, hindi porket agency na ang nagproprocess eh approved ka, meron pa ding nadedeny even yung with invitation.

yes may nadedeny, but i think mas madali na magapply since sila na maglalakad, and they will tell you kung ano yung means para mas malaki ang chances na maapprove ang application mo. both ways, natry ko ng applyan, sa embassy na mahaba ang pila and through agencies. good thing, never pa naman ako nadeny sa 7-8x na apply ko
