I've been in IC for a while now, OB says, 48 hours  after injection pwede na mag contact since I am on time naman sa injection appointment I've gained weight but I dont think it's coz of the IC but coz poor diet and no exercise.

I changed my lifestyle and have lost around 60lbs so I really dont blame IC on the weight gain.

I wonder, how many years lang ba okay gumamit ng IC then time to switch up for another form of contraceptive? I havent asked my OB about this yet.

yes, that's what my OB said. 2 1/2 yrs din ako then ngayon nag switch na ako sa Pills.

Hubby is suggesting to try injectable, kasi nag bi bleed talaga ako sa ocp. pero i read and heard na ganon din naman ang effect nito sa ocp..ayaw naman hubby mag condom, and ayaw ko rin.. irreg naman ako kaya di pwede mag calendar..haiz.. baka nga mag injectable na lang din ako..

^^takot kasi ako mg pills sis coz sobrang makalimutin ako.

^pareho tayo sis. but kailangan talaga kay sa naman health mo ang ma-compromise.

what I did was may alarm sa phone ko, 2 beses siya naka-set. 8 and 8:20 PM. then may calendar din ako para I would cross out yung day na-naka inom ako. It works naman. hehe.

Sobrang convenient kasi ng IC for me.

sa akin din. hehe. pero I had to stop narin kasi itong last injection ko, bigla akong tumaba then sobrang hirap ako mag lose.

IF you can't decide let your OB do it for you...much better for your health pa...

Pm my ob now, try ko nga daw injectable..im breastfeeding now kasi kaso hindi nga ako hiyang sa daphne..gusto ko na ulit mag yasmin kaso not allowed sa lactating..

hello i'm a newbie here. I've tried norifam and ganda ng effect nia.. Ang ghirap hagilapin .. but now meron na akong supplier.. tama ba ako mga sissy?  Share ur experience din. It will make u look blooming and bigger bust ahahahaha.. I've tried it also with gluta..

first time ko mag pa IC.. nagka bacne ako at dumami pimple ko sa face..
 eto pa pag nag contact kami ni hubby, masakit parang mahapdi.. dati naman di ganito yun nafefeel ko.  mga sis na experience nyo na ba un ganun?? effect kaya ng pills yun??
