lucky for me that hindi ako nagkaka spotting with injectibles...I'm doing it for 2 years now...but nag stop muna ako kasi natatakot din akona sobrang tagal ako naka injectibles.

true na sobrang lakas ko kumain and sobrang nanaba ako...at the same time parang dry nga no libido

im due for my shot this 1st week of june pero di ko muna tinuloy

-acne (i'm not pimply but wid this, naglabasan kainis!)

-very moody
-when u stop, u don't get your period right away. so kabado ka if you're sexually active. messes up your cycle!
-u just can't take this whenever you want. u need to see your ob to check if your ok to go


so i switched to cerazette, same component sa depo and i can stop anytime i want to. this pill is also safe for those who want to skip periods. maganda pa skin ko

I just leran now na SIL is on IC pala,(di kc kami close hehe,now medyo na)..haven't ask her the effects to her yet,pagnagkita na kami..

She's payat eh,may pimples minsan pero sa mood yata ang malaking effect sa kanya...

iyon nga downside nun ang gulo din ng period kaya medyo nakaka praning talaga...gusto ko narin sana masundan si baby kaso financially hindi pa talaga kaya...

sis ano plan mo ipalit na contraceptive if ever??

^ hi sis, bumalik na this month ang regular AF ko. pero 34 days na yung bagong cycle. yung mood swings ko patuloy pa rin though. oobserbahan ko ulit yung cycle this month, sana bumalik na nga talaga. wala pa kaming balak ipalit na contraceptives, di pa rin ako bumalik sa OB ko. condoms muna siguro haha

hahaha! ako nga di pa maayos period ko...im looking into other options...

ang kinakatakot ko lang baka naman pag ready na ako magbaby e hindi or mahirapan na kami makabuo because nag contraceptives ako before

Ako nga rin kaya habang maaga pa hininto ko na. Andami kasing mga nagoogle ko sa ibang forums na hirap na yung karamihan na makabuo ulit after depo. Natakot din ako.

@Princess---I'm not on IC,una yan dapat ang try ko without researching for the side effects,ewan ko ba laging wala yung health provider kaya di natuloy,I'm on pills now,more than a year na din I want to have a break nga eh,...Trust pills ako nung una pero super moody ko,nagse-self pity talaga ako nun now I'm on lady pill mura na,wala pang side effects for me...

Pajoin. Once ko lang tinry IC after giving birth sa son ko. That was way back 2003 pa. Nirecommend sakin ng OB-Gyne ko. Nung 2008 lang ako nagpills ulit. Althea naman pero taken orally. Hindi injectables. Nagstop ako nung 2010 pero binalik ko ulit nung 2011 kasi nagkapimples ako. ^_^

pero mga sis kahit before pa ako mag buntis naka IC na ako...kasi sobrang irreg ko noon then pinag pills ako ng OB ko unfortunately nakakalimutan ko madalas so nag IC ako then a month after ko mag stop ng IC ayun nabuntis na ako...

just want to have an alternative kasi medyo di pa ko ready masundan si baby..financially wise...nakaka loka naman kasi ang ma praning ka lagi diba? although widraw naman ni hubby you can never tell parin

@Princess_Chill: cerazette is a progesterone only pill or a mini pill. yes my ob gave this to me.

Has anyone tried NORIFAM? It's a monthly injection and works just like your regular pill. So you'll have your monthly period din... problem is, it's too hard to find... mga med reps lang daw usually nagcacarry nito...

hindi kami pinayagan for a week na magcontact after the injection. baka raw kasi di pa kalat yung hormone or something. we used condoms muna then yun na

Oh no! I just had my shot yesterday. Pero di naman minention ng ob ko na posible pala ko mag gain ng weight dito. Ang hassle nga nung pag may hindi ka gustong side effect/s, wala ka paring magagawa kundi i-endure yun ng three months. I just hope walang weight gain and pimples.

I tried Norifam, meron si OB. Sad to say di sya ok for me, natakot ako at di na ko ulit nagpashot nito. 1st and last na nung March. Because for the whole month mga 8 to 10 days lang ako walang spotting. Mura sana and no need to take a pill everyday and unlike the 3-month IC with Norifam may monthly period ka pa din kaso di ko hiyang.
