from adelaide, transfer kami ng sydney on the 3rd week of december. need namin temporary accomodation habang naghahanap ng bahay. mahal kasi mag-hotel.

^ i have naked dsl with iinet. the wireless modem came with a phone so i get free calls (voip). we don't have a phone line through telstra because i didn't want to pay line rental and we don't make many house calls anyway. it's $59.95 per month 16GB limit. pretty good so far 24 month contract btw.

i think we have the same plan sis. we're with iinet too. ok nman so far, kaka-start [textspeak!] nman last september e.

1. how far is the sydney int'l airport to the business district? let's cite here to estimate the distance like of between NAIA and one metro manila key city.

2. the cheapest and most accessible transport to go to the business district? how to avail of that transport excl the taxi. probably, by bus or train?

^ where are you staying? it is about 15kms from the airport to the cbd. i would say 20 min including medium traffic by car/taxi.

if you know where ur going then i would say to take the train from the airport into the cbd. if you're staying in a hotel then maybe you should ask them if they offer a shuttle service.

sis....you are in the US meaning, you live in the US and would like to visit australia?

if this is the case then, if you are a US Citizen, you don't need a visa, BUT you need an Electronic Travel Authority (ETA). plus all the requirements of those that fall under the visa waiver program.

on the other hand, if you're a Filipino citizen simply on a vacation in the US and would like to visit australia, then you need an appropriate Visa and an ETA.

Generally Yes.

You're earning in a first world country, you're obligated to return to work.

You might easily get a 10 year visa pa! my mom and sister did...easily.

noong P.R. kami sa singapore (at that time they don't give citizenships unless kailangan ka ng singapore) uber dali lang mag apply for US visa. just show certificate of employement and all the basic requirements...oks na!

hello mga sis! I'm looking for a good general practitioner (GP) or a Filipino GP here in Melbourne. Anyone knows that you can recommend?  I called one here at Kings Park Medical Centre but they don't accept new patients na except kung relative ka nung existing patient nila.  Bakit kaya?  I find it too difficult magpa-check up here.

I went to a GP yesterday near here.  I didn't like the GP assigned to me.  He was even chewing bubble gum while talking to me. He didn't even explain much about the medicine he was prescribing.

i had posted a question a few pages back about baby milk... sadly, my little boy was diagnosed to be lactose-intolerant just recently.  kaya, from progress, ni-shift siya from S-26 LF. lactose-free type of milk.

may narinig ba kayong cases nyan dyan? pano yun kung ang pinapainom nyo sa mga bata ay fresh cow's milk? o meron namang mga formula na lactose-free na available dyan? thanks again.

Hi sis, may mga lactose free milk din dito. Even S-26 LF is available according to the website of Wyeth. Hindi nga lang sila ganon kadaming stocks sa shelves but I'm sure you won't have a problem getting them since there are also babies here that are lactose intolerant.
