Dunno about the benefits sa skin pero when I took this, hindi na ako monthly nagkakasipon (I have allergic rhinitis kasi). So okay siya for me kasi kahit noon umiinom ako ng Vit. C wala namang effect.

i stopped pala muna kasi like the others, I experienced persistent headache (as in kahit ilang inom ko ng biogesic nababawasan lang [textspeak!] pain pero hindi nawawala).

ito prescribed ng ob ko para raw mabilis mag heal tahi ko ( C-section ) once a day. it's been a month since I gave birth, merong mga araw na nakakalimutan ko uminom. mga nahalata ko lang sa pag take ng conzace, sinipon hubby ko, magkatabi pa kami matulog pero never ako nagka sipon, di ako nahawa sa kanya. regarding headache, hindi ako sure kasi nagtatake din akong medication for high blood na effect din is headache. pagka gutom, ngayon ko lang na realize for the past month lakas ko nga kumain pero wala naman ako masyado ginagawa para magutom ng todo. effect sa skin, hindi ko rin masyado napapansin kasi nawala na rin breakouts ko after my 1st trimeter nun pregnancy.

i started taking this again since super tamad akong mag-lotion, same effect pa rin, may glow sa skin kahit di ako naglo-lotion. regarding preventing sickness, after a day of taking this, nagka-sipon, lagnat, and ubo ako but im not blaming these to conzace since nag-iba rin kc weather sa pinuntahan ko. all in all, im still happy with conzace's effect on me.

oh no! this is my fave vitamin but I got pimples after taking it in recently. I wonder what happened hiyang naman ako dito dati.

^ hmm.. i started taking this together with Yasmin.. after the third day, i started having pimples. i got 4 large zits when hindi naman ako nagpipimple before sa yasmin. it got me thinking now, baka hindi dahil sa yasmin yung zits ko, baka dahil dito. probably the vitamin e content? will stop for a while then get back to you kung eto nga ang culprit

talagang napapalakas akong kumain nung nag start ako mag take ng conzace. haha! good for me kasi slim ako.
no bad side effects for me like nasusuka at headache.
before going to bed ko siya iniinom together with one glass of whole powdered milk.

I still have 96 capsules here, try ko every other day uminon.

Conzace has zinc kaya its good for the skin, it can prevent pimples.

^sis yung typical meal ko, lunch plus dessert. Ayun labas lahat. As in parang gusto ko na magpa check up. Pero dahil gusto ko talaga itry 5th day ko today, inumin ko bago ako matulog

hindi to kinakaya ng stomach ko so I have to buy non acidic vitamin C and separate tabs for zinc and vitamin A

Okay na ako, ginagawa ko before sleeping ko na siya tinetake. 2 hours after eating. Okay na okay. Wala ng hilab. Masarap pa tulog ko.

rjade i thought so sis, but maybe the zinc content is at the minimum? and not in the form that's easily absorbed like optizinc? plus i read in a magazine that those with oily skin should be wary of vitamin e. maybe that's causing me to break out? still not sure why, but the pimples stopped when i stopped taking this.

Based sa mga feedback dito, it seems that madaming good effects yung conzace. I want to try din sana kasi i have a dull skin. Kaya lang i'm currently breastfeeding. Safe ba ito inumin?

I have tried taking this 3 weeks ago. Every other day ang inom ko ang so far no side effects.
