sis summer ...ikaw lang ba sis ang mag aapply?? ...ok lang naman kahit hapon ang sched mo depende talaga kung saan mang gagaling... in our case kasi sa lahat ng interview namen we always take the morning sched, mas prepared kasi ang mind ko sa morning...

ang basis lang naman talaga diyan is kaya mo mapakita sa kanila na malakas ang ties mo dito saten (lalo na pag mga above 18 na ang age) ,advantage na ren if u have travelled abroad....depende na den sa mood ni consul, di naten masasabi lahat na pwedeng mangyari and maitanong na question, basta be prepared and pray lang sissy

Yup, I'm applying by myself. My parents are green card holders already but are still working in Saudi and I plan to meet them when I go to the US in May. My schedule is on January 26 pa. I have the complete papers and requirements already. Just anxiously waiting for the interview date.

Ako nman scheduled on jan 20 for the vrp application... Sna maapprove since [textspeak!] nman naging issue for the last 10 yrs when i was granted a US visa..

Got denied yesterday - applying for an L1 working visa. yun nga ginawa ko, hindi nag elaborate, ek ek.
wa denied.. i feel so bad, failed. T_T

my brother and i were scheduled last friday, jan 6,9am for our b1/b2 visa renewal via vrp with individual application. first time namin pumasok sa embassy as an adult. kasi dati drop box lang yung style ng renewal and parents namin ang nag aasikaso. approved naman. ang tanong samin sa unang booth(filipina) na pinuntahan namin kung ano ang pinaka matagal na stay namin sa states. sa 2nd booth (foreigner) naman name and age ang tinanong sabay fingerprint. then sabi in 7 days ready na for pick up, if ever na may addtl silang kailangan tatawag in 2 days. when we say 7 days, 7 working days to right?

I applied last September 2011, got interviewed last December 2011 and was denied, found out this morning that the blue paper given to me stating the reason why I was denied a visa dated September 2011, I just realized that before you were interviewed, they have decided already on the time you finished your application online as the paper dated my time of application.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

^ 7 calendar days.  My passport was delivered before the 7th calendar day was up.  I think on the 5th day yata.  Ganoon din sa friend ko na nag-VRP last Thursday.  His passport was delivered yesterday.

ninenerbyos na ako.. one week to go.. next wednesday ang interview namin ng 1 year old son ko.. for me, it's renewal (10 years multiple since i was a kid) tpos new application for my son.. i'm a single parent.. grabe, can't sleep na minsan.. i'm really trying to relax and think positive.. and praying hard.. 6:30 am ang appointment namin together with my brother's family.. renewal din sila tapos new application for their kids.. pano kaya yun, can i bring formula milk for baby and snacks? tapos pwede kayang maipakiusap na sabay kami with my brother's family since i would probably need assistance since i have a baby.. pareho kami ng scheds eh.. meron po bang courtesy lane for applicants with babies?

^ sis alam ko ng nag back read ako dito, one Gt with a baby was allowed to bring her husband to help her with the baby inside. and parang mas napa bilis yata yung pila nila since may baby. yung isang elder na nasa harap ko sa pila pinahanap pa yung kasama nya para may kasama sya sa loob. re food and drinks for your baby, not sure if allowed. tingin ko pwede naman. pero nag dala ako ng candies sa bag ko hindi naman pinag bawalan. ang ayaw lang nila yung mga may pens na may laser. may food din pala sa loob-waiting area (sabrett and another foodstore), and may TV din naka channel yung isa sa cartoon network.

Ako kaya want to try again last 2008 i was denied ang tanong lang sa akin ng consult are you single sabi ko yes. ayun hiniwalay na passport ko sabay sabay kame interview. Mom and Dad get the multiple visa for tourist. Ako kaya i am 28 and balak ko itry ulit may chance kaya ako. My sister is a citizen na dun sa u.s. db ang una nya makukuha un parents ko db? bago ako. So sad... kahit tourist lang noh. kase tagal pa noh petition.

nung interview ko kasabay ko cousin ko, husband nya and their baby. fyi, di ko alam na sabay kami ng interview schedule, nagkita na lang kami sa loob ng embassy.
iba yung pila ng may kids. kasi kahit na nauna ako dumating sa kanila sa embassy nauna sila interviewhin at maka alis. sandali lang sila pumipila. kasi tinatawag na agad yung number nila. parang priority lane yata yung may children/minor na dala. may bottle na dala yung cousin ko for her son kasi wala pang 1 year old yung son nila at that time.
approved naman visa nung baby nya at sa husband nya. yung sa cousin ko kasi renewal lang. nung bata pa sya nag migrate na sila ng family nya sa US pero after 4 years umuwi sila ng family nya dito. tapos halos every year nasa US sya to visit her relatives.

^ thank you po sa inputs.. balak ko nalang magrelax this week.. i'll just review everything that's on my ds-160 most especially yung mga previous travels na i indicated sa form.. kahit mahirap magrelax, i'll try my best.. hehe.. minsan kasi nagigising ako nga madaling araw tapos di na ako nakakatulog stressed out.. first time ko kasi mainterview dahil bata pa ako nung drop box ang ginagawa for renewal.. wish us luck!!!!

^^ good luck. nung interview ko may mga kasabay akong may dalang minors yung mga tipong pre schoolers na yung age. pati sila tinatanong ng consul.
but in your case, i guess titignan lang ang baby mo. pagkakatanda ko sabi ng cousin ko mabilis lang interview nila kasi iyak ng iyak yung son nya.

Nung kukuha ng US Visa ang hubby at mga kiddies ko, hay naku, hindi ako nakatulog ng night before, asar na asar ang hubby ko kasi pati daw sya ay nahawa. As in kahit ipikit ko mata ko, di talaga ako dalawin ng antok at mabilis takbo ng heartbeat ko. ha!ha!
 It's a good thing na nabigyan din  sila ng Visa.
Sa sarili kong VRP renewal, kinabahan pa din ako pero slight lang!

thanks sa support niyo.. nakaka-touch ha.. hopefully, makaraos kaming lahat.. pati kasi family ng brother ko.. adults are for renewal, kids, are for new application.. 3 kaming adults tapos 4 na minors ages 1, 8, 10 and 13.. goodluck din sa mga other applicants.. i think alam na talaga nila kung bibigyan ka nila ng visa or hindi bago ka pumunta.. parang formality na rin lang yung pag appear mo sa consul and pagvalidate ng mga information na sinagutan mo sa form..

paano yun? hindi ko nailagay ang middle name sa ds160? akala ko given name and last name lang? puwede bang i-clarify na lang ito sa interview?

^ kami din walang middle name.. i think it's fine.. dala ka nalang ng documents like ID and Birth Certificate
