Hi sissies, will you hear out my dilemma.

I got my US-immigrant visa approved under IR2 last June 2011. My Visa Expires this november and I'm supposed to leave this October (next week) and now I'm having cold feet and I want to stay a little longer here in Philippines. If possible for another 6 months so I could take my NCLEX review here. Does anyone know how can I extend my Visa Expiration. Please I would like to hear from you guys.

newbie here,.i just fill in the information for ds-160,.ask ko lang kasi meron sa back thread na you have to indicate your travel for the past 5 years,.pro wala naman ako nakita na ganun,pls enlighten me:) TIA

^Yes, there is. It's at the portion about previous US travel. It asks whether or not you've been to the US and if so, to provide information on your last 5 visits. (date you arrived in the US and length of stay)...there's pull down menu for the length of stay choices like, _____ days or _____ weeks, etc. It also says there if you don't remember exactly when, just give an estimate sa date.

^^the question on former travel does not always appear. My husband and sister in law both did their ds-160 form on the same day. On my husband's form, the travel questions appeared, on my SIL they did not. SIL tried 3x and still no questions on former travel and education. She called the hotline and was told to just bring the necessary supporting docs (transcript etc) in case consul asked for them.

Nag okay naman renewal nya. They were both renewing under vrp

i called a while ago to set an appointment for interview, still not available all dates nila. just like online. is this a sign? LOL

Done with VRP in less than an hour. I was only asked about my longest stay (I had a 10month stay before on an A2 TDY visa, US military schooling)...that's it. When I was asked to sit and wait for number to be called for fingerprinting, nagflash na agad number ko. A Russian guy did my biometrics.

made an appointment for my lolo and available nlang for october is 27 and 28.. so inisked ko na [textspeak!] oct 27;..s it possible ba to get an earlier appointment date pa? thanks!

mga sis what do u think of my chance to get approve for B2 heres my case.

wayback 2007 our immigrant papers have been approve through my father brother petition after 20 years of waiting..

- magpapay na lang kami ng processing fee . me , my younger sister , my mother and my father
but then  i decieded to just got married here meaning to stay hndi nako sumama sa knila im heart over mind that time

- now, my sister is already a green card holder staying there operating her own faciliting that cares for young ones na may minor psychiatry defects.
- my mother and father returned here in phils. after 2 years .ayaw nila sa states.

- now i already have 2 kids. my daughter is 3 yrd old and my baby boy is 1 year old.
- i used to work in an office type of job just a rank and file employee...but then after i got pregnant with my 2nd child i decided to resigned. and be a plain housewife..
- my husband have a family business.its a construction firm..

---now i want to get tourist visa just to really visit my sister and visit the US. and see what is like there...you think i have a little chance?......ano kaya pwede ireason for B2 visa just pleasure lang tlaga|? or pwede ko idahilan i-accompany ko father ko pabalik sa states?..nagkarun kasi operation ko sa states just last yr. in his spinal cord but hes fine now..sabihin ko kasi sa father ko kunwari balik sya dun para pa check up sya ..then yun reason ko is to accompany him..

^Mas ok sis kung ang sasabihin mo ay pleasure yung trip, pasyal pasyal lang. Yung hubby ko din, kasama sa naapproved na papers as immigrant together with his parents. Pero di na sya tumuloy kasi kakagraduate lang nya sa military school and we got married immediately after his graduation.

Nasa US na parents nya and all relatives sa mother side nya. Then, nung gusto na nya pumunta ng US para mamasyal, nag apply sya together with our 2 kiddies. Ayun, naaproved naman, 10 years visa for everybody.

So ang tatanungin talaga sa yo sis, yung papers mo before. Kasi ganun yung sa hubby ko,dami tanong sa papers nya before at sa parents nya.

^Kasi sis may US visa na ko,single pa lang ako. Kaya sinamahan ko na lang sila nung nag-apply! : )
One month lang sis yung sinabi nyang stay naminsa US! : )

sis totoo ba na mas malaki chance pag in family ang application? pwede ko kaya isabay si hubby and my kids? or mas okey na kami na lang 2 muna ni hubby?....
si hubby kasi mga 9 yrs ago na deny for a tourist visa.although nakapunta na sya dati when he was still a kid ,and nagrtravel na tlaga sya bfore in states, canada , japan , china ,etc...
sis pano kaya yan im just a plain housewife right now..so bagsak nako kagad no? ilalagay ko tlaga dun sa work ko is-housewife??....how much ba yun minimum ideal amount na dapat ipakita ko passbook?thanks so much ..
