oh my I cant wait to apply for a VRP.... sana mas mdali [textspeak!] compared nung una ko apply...

anyway, mga sisses, baka may mai-share kayo sa questions ko.. the previous visa application ko kasi single pako... and now im renewing with my hubby and 2 yr baby...

i'm wondering kasi first time nila hubby and baby magapply for a US visa pano kaya ang process if sabay ko sa renewal process ko?

^sis, hindi mo siguro sila pwede isabay sa renewal mo kung VRP ka kasi it will be their first time.  kailangan ma-interview yung husband mo.  just ask if you can opt to be interviewed rather than do vrp so that sabay-sabay kayo. or, pwede rin na mag-renew ka muna through vrp then samahan mo sila sa interview once you have your visa.

Let me break it down. For VRP, I only need to bring my interview appointment confirmation letter, DS160, photo (in case) and all passports from the time my last fullterm visa was issued, right? Plus the bank receipt...anything else I'm missing?

^^ Sis theflygirl, yes, that's a complete list na. ID pics is not actually needed na, although just like you, nagdala din ako. Don't forget na lang din sis to bring a ballpen kasi upon falling in line, US embassy people will give a piece if paper for VRP applicants to fill out na.

My VRP schedule was last Wednesday (Sept 21), US Visa was delivered last Friday (Sept 23) ni Mamang TO Go! Super fast as usual.
No need na to pay for the shipping fee.

Bakit yoong iba 2-3 days nakukuha na pero iba 7 days?

May 2GO form ba sa inyo ibinigay? Wala kasi sa akin eh. Sabi lang you're approved. Nilagay ko doon sa online na finill up na for pick up sa 2GO SM North branch.

^^Hmm, i don't know sis, pero nung kumuha din ng US visa ang hubby at kids ko, within 2 to 3 days,nakuha na rin nila.
^Sis, wala rin ako finill up na 2GO form.
My US visa pala was renewed for 10 years again! : )

I just went to the US Embassy kanina for an interview. Ang laki ng pinagbago, maluwag na and mas maganda na.

Hi sisses, may nakausap nanay ko about vrp, nalito ako. Ang intindi nya, di na daw iinterview/pupunta ng embassy? Yung intindi ko based dito sa thread, pupunta pa rin pero wala na masyado questions & madali ang processing. Yung visa kasi namin nagexpire last feb.

my husband has a US visa na, valid for 3 years lang because company sponsored yun, and is about to expire.

gusto na nyang irenew, habang nasa company pa sya because he plans to resign na soon.
he wants to renew together with my 1st time application.
sabay pa rin kami apply? as tourist sana kami...

another thing is, we have kids
shall we apply for their visas na rin?
or better pag kami lang ni hubby muna?
although, what we plan is, if ever kami lang ni hubby ang magtatravel e, for pleasure lang, unless manalo sa lotto, or magkaroon ng bigtime bonus, kasama mga kids sa travel

^^there's no formal interview na like before. But you still need to show up for biometrics.

^^Hi sis chrome-plated heart, yes, pag VRP, need pa rin magschedule at pumunta sa US EMbassy. May interview pa rin for clarifications pero hindi na consuls kung hindi mga Pinoy employees. Yung mga questions,lahat lang ng info na sinubmit online.

mga sis tanong ko lang..sa bank statement ano ba dapat ito kasi nagtanong ako sa bank kanina sabi bank certificate lang daw iniissue nila.. tapos sabi ko yong may detailed on..sabi print-out lang daw..paano mga sis kung yong account ko eh walang bank transaction for 3 months.. let say interview ko october 14, then wala akong bank transactions ng sept, aug, july.. ano ipapaprint ko? kasi sabi sa website, 3 months from the date of interview..wah

^That's why hindi ino-honor ang bank certificate kasi madali naman maglagay ng "show money" before the interview and have the bank issue a certificate stating the amount. Pero ang bank statement it will reflect talaga kung merong laman yung bank account from 3 months prior. Maski wala kang transaction 3 months prior you can still get a bank statement print out. Ang importatnte makita na meron talagang laman yung bank account mo.

thanks mga sis sa sagot. so after ba ng biometrics, ilan days pa bago makuha yung visa? may na dedeny din ba sa vrp, lalo na sa single? tia uli.
