on Sunday, we'll take our 1yr 10month old little girl for a joy ride sa train. sa MRT.

one time kasi we were in the car naka-stop sa Quirino highway, zobel roxas extension. tapos nag beep beep yung train nakita nya tuwang tuwa cya. sabi nya ride train daw cya

my baby was 13 months old when we brought him to watch ringling bros circus & he really loved it. the next morning I search sa youtube yun circus then i just saw my son clapping his hands non natapos yung video bigla cya nagcry hahaha my hangover pa cya. kya nxt time im planning to bring him to disney on ice nman.. i know he wont remember this pa pro im pretty sure nagenjoy cya..

brought my kids to:

manila zoo - so sad.  ang konti na ng animals.  ang tanda ng elephant.  patay na giraffe.  yung small monkeys, nakakawala sa cage.  si tiger that time, laging tulog.

manila ocean park - really nice.  may kamahalan nga lang.

tom's world - sulit kasi your P50 can afford a lot of "rides" na.

serendra - takbo-takbo lang.

ark avilon - for me, di sya sulit kasi ang konti ng animals.

fun ranch - ok din.

and most recently, when we went to tagaytay highlands, we made it a point to go to their animal farm.  ok sya kasi dami na ring animals.  cute yung pony.  enjoy super sila babies.

On weekends, we usually:
play in the neighborhood park
go swimming at the village pool or at home lang sa wading pool
feed the koi fish at the koi pond near our place. but we also love Nuvali.
grocery shopping - educational din to!
mall - dave's playplace
fun ranch/active fun

zoo/animals ~ great idea. we loved zoobic safari and manila ocean park.

kami QC circle madalas or sa UP sunken garden.  our most recent trip naman was at up-ayala technohub.  may fountain kasi dun and the glow-globes were really nice.  my daughter enjoyed running & tapping the glow-globes.  next time we'll prolly bring her bike.

palagi kong nadadaanan ang malabon zoo pero never ko pa napasok. kaya balak ko na rin. may nakapunta na ba sa inyo?

riding the mrt naman, balak ko talaga. e hindi pa kasi tapos na isang ikot talaga e. balak ko magpark sa trinoma at sumakay ng train para ikutin ang manila. i'm sure matutuwa baby ko. fave nya pa naman ang chuggington. ito ang isinisigaw nya nun makakita kami ng pnr train e.

qc library is sa likod ng city hall.

^^Sa QC ka rin ba nagpakasal?  Katabi lang halos ng Civil Registry yung library.  Don't expect too much, though, the children's nook is quite small.  Pero OK sya for exposure.  My daughter enjoyed spinning the huge globe also. 

Yung MRT ride, you can take it from Quezon Ave to what's the last station ba, Taft?  When it gets there, don't get off na, pabalik rin naman agad yun.  Ganyan ang ginagawa ng mga taga-Ayala during rush hours (Ayala-Taft then northbound).

We've also taken our daughter on a UP Ikot ride.  Medyo mabagal naman so hindi masyadong nakakatakot.  Kaya lang when we asked her, which one do you like, jeepney or car?  Car daw!  Naku, sana naman hindi lumaking burgis ang anak ko!  Baka nanibago lang dahil hindi sya naka-car seat.

thanks mga sis... hindi ako sa qc ikinasal e. pero i have an idea where the city hall is naman. hehe!

nakasakay na naman anak ko sa jeep kasama ng lola nya. pati na rin sa bus. mabaho daw sa jeep kasi mausok. gusto nya daw sa bus. toink! eto ang burgis!

siguro we'll do the ride from trinoma para may parking and then the route you described. ok lang ba yun kahit maground trip? magkano kaya ang magiging pamasahe nun? excited na ko!

the last time he saw a train, yung PNR, sigaw sya ng sigaw ng chuggington! chuggington! kaya for sure, mag-eenjoy sya sa train ride... waahh... excited na talaga ako!

great idea about the UP ikot ride.
Gusto ko din pasakayin ng jeep ang anak ko and actually curious din ang husband ko pero wala akong maisip na jeep ride na hindi masyadong stressful para sa lahat ng involved. LOL
Pero UP ikot, it is!

which gives me an idea!  pwede mag-picnic sa sunken garden sa UP!  para kahit tumakbo ang kids, ok lang!

^^^Tama, may connection nga pala ang TriNoma sa MRT station.  Maybe you can buy a round trip ticket at the station?  Or get one of those Globe chips in advance para diretso na sa turnstiles; no need to queue at the ticket booth para less stress for you and your child.

Personally, ayoko ng buses kasi ang hirap humabol at bumaba.  Tapos ang bilis pa.  Mas gusto ko pa ang jeepney.  Kaya pinaplano ko pa rin ang bus ride with my child.
