Exercise equipment for home use

I'm planning to buy a bike for home use. Coz I don't like going to the gym. And when I did go to the gym before, the treadmill and/or the bike are the only ones I use

The ones at the mall are quite expensive. And I don't know how one brand differs from the other. They all look the same to me Any suggestions? Thanks!

sa Cartimar sa Pasay. nandun pinakamurang mga bikes... yung mga mamahaling bikes na makita mo sa mga malls/bike shops, mga 1/3 o half the price lang dun.

you could choose what color, features, type of tires, brakes, etc... antayin mo lang and they will assemble it in front of you.

kung magaling ka sa tawaran... pwede rin dun.

  Me naman I've been checking the elliptical trainers out. There're are a lot of the cheap ones sa malls, would really love a higher end one/type as they're more comfy to use.

  Re ex. bikes, check out Navigator brand, they're websites called treadmills and beyond, may bike models sila dun, stationary and for spinning. If you buy directly from them may 10% off pa. They have the cheaper Orbitrac Elliptical naman and 2 higher-end type models. All they're products warrantied too.

  Toby's has the Proteus brand naman, these 2 generic brands seem well-made to me. If you can splurge then get a better brand, if you'll really use it, it's a better investment in the long run.

if u want to save a lot of moolah, try resistance band. very useful dahil daming ways using it. ;-)

any feedback mga sis..gusto ko sanang bumili ng ab rocket sa toby's nakakita ako..i stop playing badminton kasi dahil sa baby issues pero until now hindi pa rin naman ako nappreggy..pahinga muna ba. ayun ngayon wala akong exercise, as in..si hubby OA even jogging ayaw walking lang daw kaso walang time parang mas masarap kasing manood ng tv at humiga..LOL! tumaba na nga ako as in! from 55kgs to 60 kgs..grabe! kaya i'm thinking of buying exercise equipment for home use. gusto ko sana treadmill kaso sobrang pricey hindi kaya ng budget isa pa sigurado malakas yun sa kuryente..TIA

sis try mo yung body slender..para lang siyang stepper...nasa 1.5k lang yung bili ng friend ko sa landmark makati. meron din sa tobys ata nito kaso nasa 2k

which is better? treadmill or elliptical bike? i do have treadmill..yung manual lang..medyo slanting siya..sobrang nakakapagod kasi para kang naakyat ng bundok...i don't know about the elliptical bike..pero parang mas fun siyang gamitin..

I'm biased cos I just bought a magnetic type elliptical bike from Toby's. This is more mahal at 10K, yung flywheel type nila is P5.2K and 6.3K.

I have an elliptical bike that hubby bought for 6k from Chris Sports. Ginagamit ko siya 10 minutes sa mga araw na hindi ako makapag-yoga. Ok naman.

quick and very affordable na equipment s bahay, turo ng PE teacher namin.

1. mineral water bottle, yung 250ml-1liter as dumbells
2. garter
3. chair
4. very old school bunot!

Have you seen how crowded it is now in the gym of GT nowadays?  There are so many newbies who have no idea about how to exercise.  Instead of getting better, they are causing injuries to themselves, not to mention damaging gym equipments.  And oh, let's not forget about those people who comes to the gym not to exercise but simply to sell stuff or gossip around.  Like... like spammers. 

There was a time when this gym felt like home... now, it just doesn't feel that way anymore.  How about you guys?  What do you feel?  Do you guys share the same sentiment as I do?  About just working out at HOME?
