I was diagnosed with this a few months back, took meds and added vitamins to my diet.  I feel a lot better now.  Kailangan na talaga to watch our health when we reach a certain age.

Kapag nasa van or any closed door vehicle, mag-cellphone ako or tumingin sa baba, nahihilo ako. Vertigo ba yon?

^ Probably positional vertigo.  If its persistent, that's the time you can have it checked talaga.

Sa mga nagpa-check sa doctors, may nakita ba sa inyong symptoms other than vertigo? Dati kasi nung may attacks ako, nagpa-check ako sa GP, ophthalmologist, EENT, neurologist, wala naman silang nakitang abnormal. From experience, though, I've noticed that I get vertigo from being exposed to anything too bright (sunlight, indoor lighting, car or billboard lights) or too noisy.
