^yes sis nagpacheck up regarding my Vertigo, may binigay na gamot yong SERC pero mas lalo akong nahilo. :)

^Im not even that sure if that was Vertigo sis kasi nawala naman after using my eye glasses. I should have been using them but was very stubborn about it, even the fact na Im in front the pc 8 hours day.

But right now, Im definitely using my glasses everyday and taking care of my health. So everyday talaga nahihilo ka sis?

sis, serc lang.. tapos paggising mo, excercise ka.. yung move your head.. tapos kung pc lang kaharap mo, be sure na once in awhile, ginagalaw mo ang head mo.. tapos ang unan mo, medyo mataas sa normal.. if gigising ka, wag agad tayo.. pahinga muna ng konti tapos wag biglang tatayo, yun ang nagiging cause ng pagkahilo natin..

kelan ka pa sis nahihilo? usually min of 3 days ang effect niyan.. ako nga last time na sumpungin ako, walang humpay na suka ang ginawa ko.. nahinto lang nung pumikit ako.. natulog na nakasandal lang sa unan.. hindi ako makahiga kasi susuka nanaman ako.. assess mo din if you lack sleep and vitamins sis..

dati ang dalas-dalas kong mag-vertigo. for many years. last february every week na yata ako down. super sakit ang ulo at suka ng suka. lying for hours on my bed but getting no sleep. medicines were useless since pati yun sinusuka ko.

and when I am not yet down with vertigo, i'd be dizzy nearly every day. very difficult to work then, lalo na at kaharap ko parati ang monitor.

(2) uminom ng sapat na tubig. if you eat something very salty then it will mean you must drink a LOT of water.
(3) double or triple your water intake if you get an infection. kung di mo atupagin ang nagsisimulang sipon or sore throat agad, hilo ang makukuha mo
(4) aim for pH balance. make sure you take a lot of (not-so-sweet) fruits & vegies to counteract acidic meals such as rice+meat/chicken.

whenever i was too acidic or too alkaline, pareho akong natetepok.

^wow sis that is very helpful.

I stopped all my medications sa Diabetes and opted for organic medicines. So far mas naging ok ang blood sugar ko.

Sa ngayon dapat maachieve ko na ang less salt and drink more water.

:)

I suffered from a vertigo attack last month. Nung first day pagkagising ko sobra na kong nahhilo and I vomited for 3 hours. I had no idea na pwede magtagal ng more than a month yung vertigo. Dati kasi nawawala na after a few hours.

After 3 days of the attack, nagpunta ako sa ENT to get my ears checked. I was diagnosed with partial benign paroxysmal positional vertigo and was told na malapit na ko magkaron ng polyps at meron nga akong allergic rhinitis. So yung mga gamot ko ngayon e for allergic rhinitis and I also take iron supplement dahil maputla daw ako ng sobra.

I also got checked by my Ophtha and wala naman akong problema sa eyesight. I told him na magdamag ako nakatutok lang sa computer and asked him kung may kinalaman yun sa vertigo ko. Sabi nya wala daw, kasi normally the body would cope up kung may sudden movements akong gagawin like kung bigla ako lilingon mula sa pagkatutok ko sa monitor.

Almost a month na ko with my medication and di naman na umulit yung vertigo ko aside sa very rare na nauseous feeling pag bigla ko minomove yung head ko so dapat hindi pabigla bigla. After this magyyoga na rin ako dahil nakakaprevent daw yun ng vertigo.

I advise na magpacheck kayo sa ENT, get your ears (nose, throat) & eyes (sa ophtha) checked kasi yun yung mga may kinalaman sa vertigo. Like sakin, ang triggering factors ng vertigo ko e nasal polyposis associated with allergic rhinitis na I didn't know that I have, akala ko simpleng colds lang talaga to.

Sa mga nagpa-check sa doctors, may nakita ba sa inyong symptoms other than vertigo? From experience, though, I've noticed that I get vertigo from being exposed to anything too bright (sunlight, indoor lighting, car or billboard lights) or too noisy.

DV, ay naku ganyan na ganyan ako before. in fact, the hypersensitivity to light/sound/smell was already a warning to me that nagsisimula na ang vertigo.

nicaa and cheesecak3, if you want you can try consulting the chinese doctor  Dr. Tan of Binondo (just look up the thread here in girl talk). that is, if your doctors keep telling you wala namang problema.

kung gusto nyo ng alternative medicine pero ayaw nyo ng old style chinese doctor, you can try dr. gidget ortiz (just click www.howcanifindadoctor.com). general practicioner sya na nag-aral din ng chinese medicine/healing energetics. she does laser accupuncture (hindi needle ang ginagamit). if you go to her be ready to fix your diet. bubusisihin nya yan, like a chinese doctor.

^thanks sis.

I already had my checked up sa Chinese Doctor and I have my acupuncture weekly.
