I think depende rin sa resistensya nila ang chance for survival, kasi yung iba kahit nabigyan na ng NDV di pa rin kinaya. again wag mawalan ng pag-asa, my dog had neuro symptoms-twitchings and chewing gum fit, hindi na rin sya gumagalaw at kumakain pero nakasurvive. after a year, nawala rin yung twitchings niya. pero feeling ko humina na immunity kasi nagkamange. pabalik-balik ang mange pero ang mahalaga is kasama ko pa rin sya. 1yo sya nainfect, he's turning 6yo na this april. iniexpect ko na rin na mas magiging prone sya sa sickness since nadamage na ang system nya ng virus, pero life must goes on. tuloy lang kung san nagsimula at walang iwanan.

For a dog having seizures, tics, twitches, paralysis, balance issues, muscle-control problems, which is in the
neuro phase, the treatment is the NDV spinal tap. That is explained here:

Someone else from the Philippines wrote to tell me this about the costs:
"The cost for making NDV serum here is about $120 (procedure) + $72 (vet fee) + payment for every visit for the serum injections; whereas, the spinal tap is just $72."
As to the serum costs, someone else wrote to be to say that if your dog is to be treated with the serum in
Manilla you need to understand some things first. You need to ask:
1) How much are the serum injections? I have been told that they can
cost as little as 1,800 Pesos, but as much as 3,800 Pesos may be
needed.
2) A donor dog is often needed to create the serum. You may need to be
the one who provides the donor dog if the clinic is out of serum. It
may then take 8,000 Pesos to make the serum. Plus you may need to pay
for the boarding of the donor dog.
3) However, it is sometimes possible to save a dog with the NDV
without making the serum. That is discussed on these links:
