Hi! We are scouting for a house near pasay/Paranaque/laspinas. I am not that familiar with these places, lived most of my life in sampaloc. Gusto sana namin is hindi bahain, malakas ang water 24/7 (I know kailangan mo na nang water pump these days but I know some areas kase kahit may water pump sobra hina pa din water nila and may days na wala water ), and sana within a subdivision. May alam kayo place na ma-suggest? All feedbacks are welcome =) thank you!
