I'm so in love with their Roka Salata and Paidakia. Ang sarap ng rice stuffed pepper.... dun kami nagdinner ni hubby and since umabot kami sa promo nila, they gave us 2 tickets for the first showing of Twilight in Nov.

Weekly halos anjan kami.di ko nga alam kelan kami magsasawa..like ko kasi ice tea nila and since hubby is diabetic ok sa kanya may splenda ice tea sila..

Trinoma kami lagi...natry namin sa shang iba lasa eh...ayaw na namin dun..balik trinoma kami.

i love their Saganaki (flaming cheese, nakakatuwa din kasi yung experience of the cheese getting "flamed" right before your eyes); their Moussaka is surprisingly light and so flavorful!

Their osso buco with pasta is ok but found it too sweet for my taste. ang konti pati ng pasta.

What are their specialty or signature food kasi when my boyfriend and I ate there we didn't know which one to order so we end up ordering Baby Back Ribs na lang. Personally, I was not amused with it. Parang very ordinary and dry. I was expecting so much kasi because of the reviews and everything so I thought maybe I just ordered the not-so-good dish. Pero from what it looks like, their Slokatina daw is a must-try.

^roka salata is a salad na may arugula, romaine lettuce, sundried tomatoes, walnuts, parmesan. sis salad ng Cyma the best talaga (fave ko yung Cyma Chopped Salad- greens, arugula, bleu cheese, pear, walnuts)..I read an article si Barefoot Contessa (Ina Garten) ate at Cyma when she visited the Philippines and she wrote Cyma commending them for the delicious salads.

Gyro is like a wrap, parang shawarma - chicken, lamb or mixed meat

masarap yung roka salata because the walnuts aren't just plain walnuts but candied.

i don't find the osso buco deicious. parang hindi bagay for me yung combination ng spaghetti ang lamb.

the seafood pasta is ok lang. hindi naman malansa.

another dish to try out is their chicken adobo. hindi sha adobo na pinoy style. pareho lang ng tawag. crispy yung balat, juicy yung loob. yung sides na potato wedges is maasim asim halos same ng lasa ng roka salata.

can't get enough of their kakavia (greek fisherman's stew) and baby clams angel hair! their salads are also fresher than italianni's. we also frequent trinoma's branch.

just had dinner at cyma alabang town center last night.. the spinach & artichoke fondue is a winner. plus the roka solata too. we ordered pa baby clams angel hair, pork kabobs and chicken gyro! we were so full.

im not sure if we already have a topic regarding cyma. anyway, last wek my sister and i tried eating at cyma gb2 for the 1st time. such a wonderful experience for us though we failed to taste their best seller... the chicken gyro kasi out of stock kasi 1 hr pa daw for the next batch. this is now my fave resto. since last week every other day kami kumakain dito. ang staple sa table namin is the artichoke and spinach and then the roka salata. by the way, nice service din sila especially the waiter named "superman". just ask who superman is. he is very friendly and accomodating and when he learned that it was our first time there grabe full service talaga.  what's your fave food sa cyma?

i love cyma, especially their spinach and artichoke fondue and clam pasta. i also love their skolatina!
