I certainly agree that they love surprises. Though single ako now, I had this ex bf for two years, dapat aware talaga sa mga gusto nila or yung mga cravings nila, might it be food or material things. Yung  effort na ginawa ko is yung 12 wrap gifts for our second anniversary na pwede niya iopen every hour 7am to 7 pm,nakaindicate if what time pwede iopen ang certain gift kasama na dun yung letter, siguro mga 10 material things un dun and 2 yung handmade. Wallet,Shoes, Fave brand ng socks, belt, Stripe Shirts, Boxers, Long Sleeve Shirt, pair of jersey (spurs kasi favorite team niya), wrist watch, favorite cap then yung dalawa letter for 2nd year anniv and yung isa 24 cards na maliit na may picture namin per card and nakaindicate yung meaning ng relationship namin in a word. 
nyahaha our relationship didn't work out but no regrets as long na nakita ko na naging happy siya during our time

Simple lang ang husband ko di mahilig sa accessories at halos lahat pwedeng pwede bilhin kase mura items dito(US) anyway he loves playing league of legends (LOL) so what I did is I secretly bought an RP Card at BestBuy. Wow he is happy and surprised! So what I've learned is that give him what you think he likes best and though we bought know he can also afford the card it show him That I supports him..

Sobrang naapreciate ng bf ko yung external drive na 1TB. Uso na kasi ngayon mga downloaded movies, etc, so this is what I gave him.

on his bday bought him a branded wrist watch, he have been dreaming to have that kind of brand ever since I remember. What I did I surprised him on his bday, hindi agad nag sink in sa kanya I asked him what was he's thinking and feeling nung nakita nga yung gift, natakot na daw siya nakita nya palang yung logo lol! anyways, hindi siya maka get over kulang nalang ipa-frame nya para di magasgasan o masira. Over all it's priceless he deserves it

I thought of buying him an mma shirt since most of his clothes are from mma brands. Kaso baka meron na sya nung mabili ko so I decided to sketch his picture na lang. Effort na lang. I hope he'll appreciate it kasi sya pa lang ang nisketch ko sa lahat ng naging bf ko.

Kung bf/gf pa lang, I would say bed sheet/comforter set. Or mug/tumbler para magamit sa ofc. O kaya jacket or watch or shoes.
Pag mag asawa na parang mas mahirap na mag isip most likey naubos na idea hehe

Once my BF's staff gave him a pair of cuff links and my BF finds it very personal. Sakin binigay ni BF bahala naraw ako san ko ilalagay pero ayaw daw nya gamitin.

Ya something he uses and gusto nya.  Like for example perfume, not just any other perfume, pero yung type nya talaga yung smell.

I gave him a Nike shirt na body fit because he plays soccer.  Sobra nyang na appreciate.

I gave my boyfriend a wallet a year and a half ago. He was so happy about it kasi bibigay na talaga wallet niya that time. Ngayon puro paramdam about masisira na wallet niya. Tinutupi kasi yung mga bills sa isang side kaya nasisira agad. Hahahahahah! This year, irereplace ko yung wallet niyang yon and for most na suggestion niyo, wrist watch. Any brand for wrist watch aside sa common na ngayon na G-Shock model?

Sana lang replacing that current wallet won't bring bad luck. Hahahahah. Chos!

anything that is useable is okay for me. but i do value more the non-tangible and lasting gifts such as; respect, loyalty, malambing, maasikaso at good mother ng mga kids ko.......i am just a simple man but it does not mean that i am not intelligent

My bf appreciates everything, I have this habit kasi pag nasa grocery or mall when finding things na magagamit niya binibilhan ko siya, from hanky, car tools, etc.. knowing na di siya mahilig mag shopping.

For his birthday, I baked him a cake, wala na ko ibang binili pang gift kasi hirap na din ako mag isip. I asked him kung mas okay ba yung cake as gift ko or sana binilhan ko siyang rayban or oakley shades. Cake daw
