nag try akong bumili nito last week lang,feeling ko kasi ang dry dry na ng skin ko,tapos lagi pa akong maputla..sinasabayan ko din ng pag inom ng ferrous sulfate alternate sila ng inom every other day..

so far wala pa namang side effects si vit. e, sana nga maganda ang result ng myra e sa akin...

Mommy_kimie, rhea ascorbic and/or united home products ang vitamin C ko.. Same kang naman daw lahat ng Vit C, sabi ng pharmacist.

Used this for 3 months before. Effective kasi sa Tita ko, most people doesn't believe her when she tells them her age. She's been taking this religiously for years. At pakiramdam ko ito ang isa sa mga dahilan kung bakit wala syang wrinkles. No botox and all.

Sadly. Di pala ako hiyang. Ito pala yung dahilan kung bakit may at least one pimple ako palagi sa mukha. I thought it was just my hormones acting up, but when I finally stopped taking this - ayun nag clear up na ulit yung face ko. Plus, I think it also helped me gain weight. 

Off topic but - on the good side I'm using Myra VitaWhite lotion which works for me.

Has anyone here experienced scanty period/light menstrual flow after taking myra e?

I started taking mga 9 days ago, then nung nagkaperiod ako nung monday hanggang ngayon napansin ko ang konti lang ng flow. Prior to taking this vit hindi naman ganon. Hindi ko tuloy alam kung coincidence lang o  dahil talaga sa myra.

@k_fine I tried taking this with Prenarex Plus(morning) which contains 800mcg of Folic, wala naman ako napansin na negative effect. Sa evening ko iniinom ang Myra before I stopped.

@lytblu sakin naman tumagal up to 10days ang period ko, normally 5-7 days maximum. Mejo natakot din ako kasi I read an article na hindi daw okay sa Blood Type O ang Vitamin E so I stopped. This was primarily prescribed by an OB since TTC kami ni husband. Some effects I noticed, blooming skin pero dumadami pimples ko, I gained appetite and I always feel tired which is indicated as one of its side effects.
