Myra-E 400

Is it okay if I take myra e400 along with Conzace?  :\ i have taken this before pero im not sure pa of its aftermath. I cant take my vitamins in the morning kasi i get nauseous then barf, so i take them at night. Any suggestions of my intake? safe ba?

Kaka-start lang namin ni hubby magtake ng Myra-E 400. Feeling ko ang ganda at gwapo na namin HAHA. Hoping to see the results real soooon

has anybody experienced breakouts because of myra e? Nakaka 6 days na ko ng myra e and ito lang naman ang dinagdag ko sa regimen ko pero nagbreak out ang skin ko

I am taking Myra-E 400IU for two weeks now and in fairness, mas makinis yun skin ko (feeling ko, lol) although may konti pa din ako na break-outs (blame my hormones.. sigh)

pero with this, mabilis nag-fade mga pimp marks ko

glad didn't have break outs. Feeling ko din pumino ang skin ko tsaka glowing daw ako sabi nila. so i guess effective sa akin. so happy!

Questions: Is it okay to take this alone? I mean, without Vitamin C?
Also, will it work on someone with very oily skin?

Blooming ako whenever I drink this. I look well-rested in spite of my poor sleep hygiene and my dark under eye circles aren’t as obnoxiously prominent. Parang may natural radiance quieme. I liked how I looked even without makeup. Now that I stopped parang nalaos ulit ako, ha ha!

Hindi naman siguro. Marami kasing factors. Siguro kasi noong time na diligently kong iniinom yung Myra-E eh masipag din akong lumaklak ng ibang supplements. hehe yun kase sabi ng kaworkmate ko though wala naman ako balak tumigil. kakatakot lang. Thank you sis! I forgot to mention na napapansin na nila (people around me) na naggglow kutis ko. ndi daw ako mukhang stress. thank's to MYRA-400E

myra e did not work for me, took this for 3 months - increase acne lang ang effect, kung hiyang kayo sa vitamin e supplements, hanap kayo na lahat nang vitamin e types ay present alpha, gamma, beta something because vitamin e also need a lot of co-factors to be absorbed by the digestive tracked.

Started this last Sunday. And today I noticed na pinkish & glowing face ko kahit wala akong nilagay na blush. Two days in palang yun ah. So far okay sakin Myra E 400 IU. I take it together w/ generic vitamin c lang. Will update again after 1-2 weeks or after I finish one bottle.

ok.... i will take myra-E and vitamin C ng sabay...  puwede naman pala sila pagsabayin.. yung iba kasi pag sabay na ininom eh my adverse reaction..
