hi mga sisses would u happen to know kung safe ba ito sa mga breastfeeding moms? i want to take this vitamin, sana ok lang kasi vitamins lang nman ito, tee hee! i hope somebody can answer me, salamat mga sisses

sis, NEVER take anything without your doctor's permission, especially when you're pregnant or breasfeeding. Call your doctor & ask if it's okay.

IMO, Myra contains 14x the recommended upper intake for breastfeeding mothers. You shouldn't take it at all, not even once a week. But if you're really curious sis, you can still ask your doctor about it to be more safe.

hubby and I are taking Myra 400e everyday together with fish oil and vit.C, masmaganda effect kay hubby ng combination na yan, mawala lang ang isa dull na ang face nya. most of the times outdoors ang work nya kahit pinagpawaisan yan maghapon glowing ang face nya, sabi ko nga inggit ako sa kanya. he's taking Myra 400e for a year now, ako nagstart pa sa Myra 300e

one tip though...

*If ever you have a freshly healed pimple(s), you can pinch one capsule, and apply a VERY LITTLE amount on the spot..

makikita nyo na hindi sya magddry. magheheal sya actually.
*try putting this regimen every night. Myra-w whitening face lotion, then KATIALIS for fresh pimples, and then, Myra-e capsule (400iu) *pinched* on acne marks and freshly healed pimples.

you'll see the effect. magbabalat sya maybe after 2-3 days, and you can exfoliate when you wash your face.

19 mg is equal to 28.5 IU
Myra e contains 400 IU.

Meaning po that Myra contains 14x the recommended upper intake for breastfeeding mothers, so you shouldn't take it at all, not even once a week.

Mabango sana yung facial moisturizer but di kami hiyang ng friend ko. We used it for our hands instead para hindi sayang..

It made my skin oily so I stopped taking this. I don't think that's the same as glowy.

ganda ng feedback ng Myra E..
ganyan din sa ka office mate ng sis ko. napansin nya parang may kakaiba kay ofc mate..
ayun! nag start pala mag take ng myra e..so maganda pala talaga..
medyo mahal nga lang kaya will try ibang brand ng vit E..
hope same effect makuha ko..

hindi ako hiyang dito twice nako nag try pero same effect pa din..nagkaka pimples ako!

i switched to other vitamin e instead..hiyang ako s brand na gamit ko now hindi sythethic mas mahal ng konti..pero sulit ako.

ok din sa akin effect ng myra e, kapag inom wala ako masyado mapansin na effect,. mas ok pa yung multi-vitamins. and yes i've tried this on the face, wag lang matagal ang babad sa face walang break out. yun lang tiis ganda ang amoy... amoy gamot at malagkit. blooming and smoother skin naman after

nearing 30 na... Been taking this for almost two weeks now. I just noticed my skin's softer lalo.

as in OA sa softness. Ok lang pero nawweirduhan ako.

The glowing part, i can't really say that it's just from Myra kasi I'm also taking other vits and I Olay a lot.

^mga 30 mins - 1 hour maximum sis, cleanse ka muna ng face before application. gawa ko ito pag nasa house lang ako, makintab and sticky ang face kapag inapply. i prefer doing this before bath time. kahit once a week lang ikaw mag lagay. nakaka-brighten ng face, saka nakakalambot ng skin

kakabili ko lang ng Myra E 400 .1 bottle sana buy ko, buti na lang yung pharmacist nag suggest na yung promo kunin ko.. 10 tabs or pcs for the price of 8 lang.. i bought 5 packs..kaya naka free ako ng 10 capsules..sorry di ko alam kung capsule o hehe

hi sis. pano mo sya apply sa face mo? kasi ako im taking myra e 400 iu capsule. yung soft gel.
