Guitarist- pronouced as guitar-ist hindi gui^-tarist.. my mga words na pronounce based on how you pronounce the rootword..like here GUITAR is the root word.

the silent T is not a rule.  it's just part of the american accent, to make you sound more american.  or when you're talking real fast.  it's just easier to say than having to flick your tongue for the second T.

tweny or twenty is both fine anywhere in the world

wii - wee (never heard of it being pronounced as anything else)

govern - go - VERN

emphasis is on the FIRST, not second syllable as in

GOH - vern like in GOvernment
