Hello po natuloy ka po ba pumunta sa pagss para magpasa ng resume? yung iba po kasi kahit magpapasa lang iniinterview na din kagad. Nainterview na po ba kayo? If so, how was it? What kind of questions po tinanong?

Hello po! I was invited for an interview po sa PAGSS.. for PSA po. Tips naman po dyan oh please 
mahirap po ba interview? mabait naman po ba sila? what kind of questions po tinatanong. and are they very strict po ba when it comes sa teeth, kelangan ba super clear ang complexion? iniinspect din b nla legs, arms, teeth kagaya kpag nag aapply for cabin crew?

and sabi po nla come in proper business attire, naiintindihan ko naman po ibig sbhin nun pero para sure lang po, katulad po ba ng attire kpag nag aapply for cabin crew? skirt?

sana po may mag reply..dun po sa mga nkapag try na sa pagss please i need your help po.

First interview usually goes like this - (Introduce yourself, tell me something about yourself, what qualities do you have so that the company will hire you)

Be confident when you talk and always look at the interviewer.  They are nice naman super kalog nga ang mga yun pag nakasama mo na. Don't forget to flash your smile pala.  No inspection of the body, sa height lang talaga sila nagsusukat. As for the attire, wear skirt just an inch above your knees and don't forget your black stocking.

I'm a fourth year tourism student now and Im gonna start my OJT next week at NAIA . Im just so nervous because I got a problem with socialization. please. what should I do para maabsorb ako dito ? Are they discriminating those [textspeak!] had self problem ? what shall i do to improve myself?

I'm only 5' and was able to work as a PRO at Singapore airlines back in 2008.

I've the same height as you do and I used to be one of the passenger traffic supervisors at KE MNL, overseeing departure procedures and handling PR ground CSAs (PAL used to be our ground handler back then before we transferred staffing to Macro Asia). After that I had kids, I also worked at QR. So don't fret about your height for ground operations.

And also I will graduate on April so fresh grad and thanks to God I did found Miascor. PSA as my stepping stone to become FA someday )) Sana ma-employ na nga ako ) And anyone here working or worked as PSA for MIASCOR? I also want to know the Salary and feedback please Thank you!

^I already posted before that I used to work as a PSA for MIASCOR back then. Salary wasn't good but experience-wise, it was the best teacher I had. After a few months there, I worked for some years in Korean Air (as passenger traffic staff/airport operations officer and moved on to passenger reservations) and Qatar Airways (passenger reservations and ticketing agent). Some former colleagues of mine went on to become cabin crew of various carriers. I am now a fulltime mom, married to a PAL capt., but I can try answer some questions on this topic.

I had my interview at PAGSS today. Pinauwi ako agad after interview kasi di ako qualified sa height. 5'1 lang kasi ako. For experience lang kaya ko naisipan mag pass ng resume.
