Isa ko sa mga aspirants maging FA.. pero if all else fails okay nadin sakin maging ground stewardess.. May alam po ba kayong agency aside globeground pags? Target ko po sana maging psa sa EK.. sana may makapag-share po dyan thanks!

EK or QR.. stepping stone sana.. ang layo kasi ng natapos ko sa pagiging FA saka okay nadin sakin almost the same naman ang uniform hehe.. salary? ang alam ko starting nung kakilala ng friend ko 40-60k sa EK tapos tumataas din eventually.. ewan ko lang kung payabang lang.. sana may makapag-share.. puro FA lang ba ang IPAMS hindi ba pwede mag-apply as ground?

sis Yaninay: ground stewardess ng PAL pag training is mababa yung salary, may bond pa.. kaya I refused to take the offer.. I have no idea sa Cebu Pacific and the likes.

I was hired through an agency, hinde na sila nagdi-direct hire ngayon kase ayaw na nila magbigay ng mga additional benefits. Ok naman sweldo and may OT pay pa yon kaya lang super patay ka talaga sa hours and workload. Masaya naman sana and ok but for personal reasons, i decided to leave SG. still regret that decision, ang arte ko kase eh..

The ad was put in by an agency called Kelly Services cus SIA decided to stop hiring for PROs directly. Nakita ko lang sa newspaper yung ad tapos nag-try akokase malapit lang yun sa nire-rent namin na house sa Tampines.

As for duties ng PROs, yung sa min before same lang na ginagawa ng cabin crew halos except that we don't clean the washrooms nor mind the kitchen. Either we got assigned at the 1st/business class lounge or sa 1st class check in. Sa lounge, our responsibilities were mainly:
- man the entrance (certain members/passengers lang pwede pumasok sa lounge)
- ensure their comfort in the lounge and that they don't miss their flight
- ensure cleanliness of the lounge, newspapers and magazines well stocked, kitchen crew always refilling the buffet, cleaning crew always maintaining the lounge and the washrooms.
- coordinating with airport services if there are passengers who need buggies, wheelchairs, etc.
- meeting an assisting VIPs

I met a lot of royalties and celebs at work. Fun and fulfilling din but physically draining yung 10 hours of work cus we were always standing and walking around in heels, plus lage dapat super well-groomed and smile to the max.
