I think an Asia tour would not be completed if you have not visited the main countries, namely, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Cambodia, Vietnam, Philippines, China, Thailand, Myanmar! Nepal may not be an asian country but definitely worth the time and money too! I forgot about India! Japan! Taiwan! Hong Kong!

We're planning an Indochina backpacking trip for next year. Vietnam-Cambodia-Thailand. Ok na ba ang 9-10 days for this? Hindi ba sobrang paguran kung ganito? O 2 weeks ba dapat?

^we've done this last year, but the other way around (Thailand - Cambodia - Vietnam) for only 6 days, hindi naman naging amazing race yung trip. 
My friends will do their Indochina Trip, they're leaving tomorrow night, halos 6 days lang din. Vietnam - Cambodia - Vietnam naman.

Currently cramming for my SEA DIY Part 2. Last year I did HCMC-Muine- Phnom Penh - Siem Reap with friends for 7days. For this year, Im doing (hopefully), Bangkok - Vientiane - Siem Reap for 6days. This will be my first time in Thailand as well as Laos.
Below is my tentative iti
Day 1 - Arrival in BKK. BKK Tour
Day 2- BKK Tour. Overnight travel to Laos
Day 3 - Arrival in Laos. Tour. Overnight travel back to BKK
Day 4 - Overland Travel to Siem Reap
Day 5- Siem Reap
Day 6- Siem Reap. Travel back to Manila.

Im pushing to really include Vientiane for this trip, kaya lang parang nabibitin naman ako sa 2days in BKK. Im torn! not to mention, di ganun karami info sa net about Laos, particulary on Vientiane.

^Hi Sis! We have 10 days (11including travel going back to mnl) trip from Ho Chi Minh to Bangkok, I want to include Laos / Myanmar as well in this trip para isang go na lang, will this be possible? I have been to Bangkok already so I might just shop here for a day before going home.

Thanks! I currently have no idea yet regarding Myanmar. Will just go to Laos then The only itineraries I've seen so far are BKK-SR-HCMC (and vv), will do research and update this thread when our itinerary is in almost final stage. Matagal pa naman our trip, February 2015

^ Vietnam, within HCMC, I just walked kasi halos lapit lapit lang naman mapupuntahan dun.
For Cambodia, tuktuk is the best way to go around. Both in PP and SR, you can hire tuktuk to tour you.

^ Since I flew to HCMC thru Cebupac Red eye flight, nagpasundo ako ng taxi coordinated with the guesthouse I was staying. Solo lang kasi ako that time, susunod lang mga kasama ko after 3days pa. Mga more than 30mins din yun naging travel time from airport to pham ngu lao. Ive read before meron mga public bus na bumibiyahe from airport papunta sa ibat ibang district. You might want to check them if you will be arriving on regular hours. Or kung marami nman kayo, oks na rin taxi para less hassle.

Hi ladies! I booked a one way ticket to HCMC next year for me and my friends. Got it for P1235 only. My concern is, wala akong nabook na return flight. Currently eyeing a return flight from BKK pero hindi na naka-promo. Mostly ng mga nakikita ko, 5K++ na.

Makakakuha pa kaya ako ng murang flight? Aug. 21 or 22, 2015 sana. Any tips? Should I wait for another round of sale? How about during travel expos?

How do you go pala from Siem Reap to BKK? And how long ang travel period?
