mga sis help naman po. kaya ba ng 10days ang kuala lumpur-singapore-BKK. sa KL 4days kami with my friends and SG 3days with my friend, pero pagdating sa BKK ako na lang magisa. madali lang ba puntahan ang BKK from SG? ano pa po pwedeng daanan dyan going to BKK side trip ko sana kung kakayanin, medyo takot ako to travel sa BKK kasi first time ko lang travel magisa. safe ba dito? hindi ba sila maloko sa mga tourist? i have a roundtrip ticket na kasi clark-KL-clark but gusto ko sana extend ang trip ko so ticket pauwi na lang ang problemahin ko if kakayanin ko magtravel to BKK ang balak ko sana CLARK-KL-SG-BKK-MNL ok ba to sis? or CLARK-KL-SG-MNL na lang talaga ako, feeling ko kasi sayang namn ang BKK or baka meron pang ibang pwede na daanan dyan like vietnam. gift ko na rin sa saken kasi bday ko on that month.

Sis, you can easily fly from SG to BKK.  Walang problema yan.  Check Air Asia for promo fares.  I've been to BKK twice, last June yung last time.  I think it's ok for a solo traveler, you just need to be street-smart of course.  Check out the Thailand thread for details on expenses.

You mentioned you only have 10 days (4 days in KL, 3 days in SG).  That leaves you with only 3 days for BKK and that's including travel days to and from.  I don't think you can do another country.  3 days is medyo bitin pa nga for BKK.

wow mga sis, thank God for this thread! super dream namin to ni fiance na ganito honeymoon namin. by the way, we're getting married in 28 days and we'll be having a travel-themed wedding. nagpa "word of mouth" na rin kami na sana yung gifts nila panghoneymoon. and talagang kasya ang 35k per person?

we plan kasi on going to Kota Kinabalu pero we'll check pa our leaves for next year. we'll take pala our honeymoon next year na. may probably. I am planning to start in HK tapos day tour in Macau since maliit lang ang MAcau. then Thailand, Cambodia and Laos. d pwede makalimutan ang Laos kasi andun ang friend ni fiance na consul. tapos last stop would be in Kota Kinabalu. We'll try to insert Vietnam and Singapore. of course, i have to convince fiance for this proposal and yung leaves namin baka 10 days pwede na yun.

by the way mga sis, did you already book your tickets ahead of the trip or dun na lang kayo sa mismong airport nila bumili?

Sis, if you have a limited amount of time, it is best to book everything ahead.  Airfare is more expensive the closer it gets to your travel date.  Savings can be substantial if you book months or weeks ahead.  Besides, unless you're freewheeling it in terms of schedule and budget, it's always more efficient to travel with an itinerary in mind.  More often than not, your itinerary will revolve around your flights so the sooner they're down pat, the better

Share your itinerary sis ha.  I originally plan of doing Saigon- SR- BKK.  But for 16 days, pwede na rin siguro mapuntahan ang Laos.

follow up questions, magbabayad ba ulit ng terminal fee and travel tax if i choose to fly singapore-BKK via airasia?

^Sis, tayo lang yata sa Pilipinas ang tanging bansa na may cash-out ang bayad sa terminal fee at travel tax   Well to be more factual, it's usually included in your airfare already.  Naka-input na yan sa taxes and fees na kino-compute sa airfare.  So to answer your question, wala ka ng babayaran na kahit ano sa airport

riandrew: Kaya yan Take the night bus when you can to save on accommodation and so you don't waste a day traveling. If you're flying, do it for Saigon to Siem Reap. Sa Siem Reap kasi may $25 na departure tax, so better just to fly in (and mas malayo ang travel from HCMC to SR). Yung Siem Reap to Bangkok, madali lang kahit overland ang travel.
