^around 2-3mins of boiling basta until the meat has turned white and flaky already. Drain it then let it cool down then flake it. I also put magic sarap when sauteing it with the veggie filling.

roll the dory with bacon and cheese inside.. dont forget na lagyang ng toothpick.. para yun yung mag hold ng pagka roll mo..

I got this Fish with Cheese sauce recipe from Yummy magazine -> http://undomesticatedhappiness.blogspot.com/2011/08/fish-fillet-with-cheese-sauce.html.  This is the easiest dish I made.

This one I got from Quickfire -> http://undomesticatedhappiness.blogspot.com/2011/07/healthy-eating-fish-and-tofu-in-black.html

Dory with Sinigang Mix

-Wash fish fillet well. Drain.
-Rub with sinigang mix.
-Drizzle EVO.
-Bake in oven uncovered for 30 minutes.

sis, we do this naman sa chicken.. pero instead of baking, we fry it lang :)
coat the chicken with sinigang mix (you can add salt/ pepper based on your preference) then fry it. Masarap! :D yung sinigang mix yung breading ng fried chicken...

i wanna try it sa Dory din! pwede rin naman yan sa other fish fillets noh? then kahit fried :P kaka-excite coz madali gawin.

This is my quickfix meal when i don't have the time to prepare lunch/dinner. Pwede siya isabay sa pagsaing ng rice if your rice cooker has that patungan na pang steam.

Steamed Fish Fillet:
-Dory or Tilapia Fillet
-Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce
-Ginger
-Leeks
-Carrots, Green Beans or Asparagus (cut into sticks)
-Salt & Pepper or Magic Sarap
-Foil

-Cut foil thats big enough for the fillet so that you can wrap it into a parcel later. Place fish at the center of the foil. Season with salt and pepper (or magic sarap or any seasoning). Then smother with oyster sauce. Put the ginger and the rest of the veggies on top. Wrap the fish securely but with enough room inside so that the juices won't leak. Make a few holes on top so steam can escape. Steam for 10-15mins.

My husband and son likes this kase the fish is moist and has lots of sabaw. You may use other oyster sauce.. Mas masarap lang talaga for me yung lee kum kee.
