Recommeded Moderators should be first and foremost willing to accept the task and second ready to embrace the demand for personal time, energy and power to implement the responsibility.


Hindi biro ang maging Moderator, so hope yung mapipili are at par or even better sa past moderators.

^yes, you're right. these are just recommendations to aid the administrator and it's up to the girltalker to accept or not. hindi din lahat ng recommended dito are going to be moderators, it's also the admin's choice too.

Hi to all GT sissies. I am thankful na gumawa kayo ng thread na ganito. I had been idle for months. I’ve read the scrap blog yesterday and unfortunately a victim too, before all that hiatus happened. I look up to those girls and respect them like they were my older sisters. I assumed that they were there to help you and welcome your opinions but then as it turned out, my assumptions were wrong. They were just looking for a venue to assert their self righteousness. I felt like an outcast. Ang intentions ko lang naman ay may makausap na kapwa fan,  makibalita at mag share din ng aking nalalaman.

I pitty them, mukhang ang dami nilang insecurities sa katawan. Konting galaw mo lang puna kaagad,that must be so taxing. Ano na ba ang essence ng GT ngayon?

It took me 2 years, until I decided to join GT and the first time I set foot here I am welcomed well and that was in Primp and prettify thread. I want to suggest sis Annelise, Freeswan or Khymm these girls deserve a place in gt mod team and none of those girls listed on sis Aika’s blog not unless they earn my respect again. Tama yon wag natin ibase sa no. of posts kundi sa content ng post at rapport nila among members. Thanks sis Prish for putting this up. It would be such a waste pag napasukan ng masamang elemento ang GT.

the way is see this, policemen are not teachers nor scientists.  ang basic function naman ng mod is to keep the board in good governance diba. 

i just can't imagine a mod "lecturing" in threads. threadstarter na, karamihan pa ng posts galing sa kanya.   parang nakakahiya naman magshare esp if that's against her/his views. it's like any objection would be a crime.

ngayon ko lang nakita itong thread na ito. salamat sa mga members na naniniwalang kaya kong magmoderate sa  workplace. mod na ako sa smart parenting and i tell you, mahirap. daming pasaway. hehe. buti na lang hindi pa ako parent so it's easy to be neutral.

Aren't there moderators for the forum yet?  For those who were recommended, i hope you accept and soon.  In the recent weeks, I've noticed that a lot of the rules aren't followed.  Miss ko na yung may nagmomoderate.  The threads were clean and posters were always reminded of the rules.  I always took that for granted.  Now, I'd like to let the former mod team know that I really appreciated the work that they did.

Oh Well.. GT has helped me a lot during my wedding preps.. minsan naman pampagising yung sa celeb... at very very helpful ang iba't ibat pang topics..

Kaya goodluck sa mga magiging bagong mods...at wish ko maging better venue pa din for girl talkers ang forum na ito! Sayang naman.. kahit paano.. naging tahanan na din ito nga mga saloobin natin.

Ummm. I don't think na may selection process na nangyayari na (as of now).... eh wala pa rin naman yatang announcement ang Admin na they are looking na for new moderators.

Who knows baka nga we don't even have to recommend , kasi may nakuha na pala or may mga persons na silang na-tap to do the moderating.
