Recommendations for the new GT Moderators

been a GT member since 2004 and so much have changed since then, this is where i go when i need to decide on something, buy anything, when im confused....drama na....but now..there are more posts in CG specialy fights...couldn't understand...anyway,

and i also highly recommend the alternicks for the new batch.

kidding aside, magalit na magalit pero mas ok to have an alternick yun new mods (di na rin namin sila kilala), kase promise, if dati ok relationship nyo with other girltalkers, wag na kayo umasa magiging ganun din once you do your job.

ay wait, sorry ha, sa ibang nirerecommend nyo, may mahilig mag RTM, ok sana, pero ms.know-it-all ang dating. pag nag RTM pa, parang laging nag uutos sa moderator! as in utos talaga, pag di nagawa agad, mag RTM ulit, pagalit na, as in! haha. e minsan naman sablay din yun gusto nya pagawa.

pag maging mod sya, lagot sya sa kin, mag uutos na rin ako, joke haha. kahit naka alternick sya, i have an idea naman san sya malalagay na board

movies and tv- feelpretty. kumusta naman, walking encyclopedia ata siya ng mga palabas. ahaha. crimsoncheeks would be a fine choice as well.

+1 to these two ladies for M & TV board moderators.  Ay +2 pala kasi 2 sila.  I miss these two in the boards, seriously.

Tip to whoever you nominate on Celebrity Gabfest (CG): it has to be someone who knows to protect the forum itself, not just from the fan wars. Mahirap na makasuhan. Those actual celebrities, or their managers, are also online.

Choose a mod not because sikat siya sa forum. When that sikat personality becomes mod, they become the most hated people in the board. Sana handa yung pipiliin nyo na i-sacrifice yan. It goes with the title eh. Ang tao kasi galit sa pulis, that's the natural order of things.

This duty is a sacrifice. I can't call it a job, kasi voluntary to eh, with no thank you most of the time. This is not a privilege (OMG, no!).

Dear members, when you RTM the mods, pwede yung maayos naman? Yung level-headed na report. Hindi sumbong na parang bata, hindi rin utos na parang maid ang kausap niyo. Write what you "think", not how you "feel".

Payo lang....it's for the next people in position to at least like what they do more.

agree ako sa mga posts above. i think pag nagm-mod it doesnt necessarily mean na kailangang superly knowledgeable sa certain area niya.

the way is see this, policemen are not teachers nor scientists.  ang basic function naman ng mod is to keep the board in good governance diba. 

i just can't imagine a mod "lecturing" in threads. threadstarter na, karamihan pa ng posts galing sa kanya.   parang nakakahiya naman magshare esp if that's against her/his views. it's like any objection would be a crime.

Am flattered, really! Sadly, I don't frequent the boards anymore. Kalorkey ang workload ko lately, to the point na madalas 3PM na ko nagla-lunch. Yes, ganun kahectic! Super duper late na nga ako sa mga sinusubaybayan kong US TV shows.

And Mindy, ikaw talaga ang una kong recommendation if ever  . Tinatanong ko nga sarili ko back then, bakit kaya hindi na lang moderator si Mindy and she seems, ay she knows pala TV shows that much. Tapos toinks! I knew there was something similar with the posts of Mindy and Inara, di ko lang mafigure out. Jologs me!

I would definitely recommend sis mooncake and leaves for the Sex boards (or any board for that matter). Cause she's knowledgeable, sensible and the most important thing - yung sense of humor niya panalo
