im having postpartum blues, gave birth 8 mos. Ago and i can't seem to lose weight!

dahil sa situation ko at work.. sa problema sa bahay, lilipat na kame ng bahay pero mukhang isasama din sa paglipat ng asawa ng bayaw ko na isa sa mga dahilan kung baket kame nagkagulong mag-asawa

ayoko siyang kasama sa iisang bubong!!!!!

kasi wala akong magawa sa ginagawang pangloloko ng asawa ko

kahit gusto ko syang puntahan para masabi ko lahat ng gusto ko sabihin di ko naman magawa kasi nasa abroad sya.
nadedepress talaga ko

feeling ko napakawala kong kwenta.kung balewalain nya ko ganun ganun na lang.kahit alam nyang alam ko na at nasasaktan ako sa ginagawa nya ayaw nya pa din tigilan

I'm depressed because I have been frustrated for the past few weeks. I wanted to excel in what I do, but I know that it will take time before I "get there" so maybe I was being impatient but yes ... this has been the cause of my depression.

Lately i feel unhappy, stressed, lost, alone and tired. Napaka unmotivated ko na din na parang ayoko na pumasok sa work. Dami din problema ngayon at siguro gusto ko na ng bagong trabaho at bagong environment. $:-\$

i don't know what to do with my life. i don't like my job but i need it to support myself, pay the bills and what have yous.
