i have lots of reasons kaya depress ako....
1. i lost my bestfriend...
2. homesickness is killing me... (3 mos. pa lang ako sa us..)
3. i can't find good reason why im here sa us... i miss my old life..
4. my dog died 2 mos ago..(sa phil siya...) ngayon ko lang nalaman...
5. i hate the weather its darn cold... freezing...

ingat tayo mga sis sa ganitong feelings.  there's a boundery between feeling just under the weather at yung prolonged slight loneliness o depression na.  sabi it has something to do with lack of sunshine.  i have a friend who really exerts effort to get sunshine, otherwise, lumalala depression na.

work environment sucks.  masyadong mainit ang mata nila sa mga newbies like me. konting kibot lang nirereport, samantalang yung veteran na puro palpak ang trabaho eh hindi man lang pinagsasabihan. worse, the management didn't even give me chance to justify or explain my side. hindi kompleto ang linggo nila na walang nakikitang mali sakin, sheesh.  i feel like im in a prison! hayyy gusto ko nang umalis here if only not for my mom..

ako din sis, i didn't expect to be treated this way after all the years of loyalty and hard work i've given to the company. I can't find any reason as to why they've been dismissive towards me like i've done something bad except for the fact that i don't have that people connections that they could gain advantage of for personal gain unlike the new hires/employees.  I'm just praying that God gives me strength until that time i can quit na...

I know i'll just get bitter if i will stay much longer....

same here (mag 2 mos pa lang sa AUS)
1. homesickness
2. unemployment
3. miss my old life, comfort zone
4. kainis talaga weather dito, you can experience 4 seasons in a day. rainy, sunny, windy
5. i miss my friends, shopping (5.30 pa lang sarado na shopping centre dito)

@bewitch- ano ginagawa mo para ma overcome depression mo?

nade-depress na naman ako.. wala akong laya, walang rights too things that i want, ang sakit na ng ulo ko kakaisip, masakit na din mga eyes ko kaka iyak, tapos sabihan ka pa ng boyfriend mo na sinungaling.. masama bang gusto kong mapag isa? eto naman mommy ko hindi man lang maka intindi 25 years old na ako pero ang turing naman sa akin 15 years old.. gusto ko ng makaka usap, wala naman akong makausap, nagso sorry na kay boyfriend hindi naman ako pinapansin, gumagawa na nga ng paraan tapos biglang huwag na lang ako pumunta..

haii.. ayoko na hindi ko na alam ang gagawin ko ang sakit sakit na ng ulo ko..

I'm depressed kase malungkot sa house wala makausap pro jumangi kasama wala makausap na leasing edad ko taps wala din bf.

I am feeling depressed nung mga nakaraang mga araw.
I had a good talk with a friend and well medyo naliwanagan utak ko.
I prayed hard one time and really cried my self to sleep. I woke up feeling better, and I felt something good will come my way na, and i am hopeful.
Ganun pala yun, when you are full of hope, you will feel so much better.

kasi hindi sya  nag rereply sa text and natatakot ako baka kasama nanaman niya ngayon yung isa,
everyday nalang akong nadedepress i want freedom pero i cant free myself sa kanya, nakakulong ako sa sobrang pagmamahal. God help me get through this
