Hay naku walang kwenta stocks nila. Hated the customer service also. As soon as I learned na walang Birkin and Kelly on sale, lumabas na ako. I didn't check other designs. I waited in line for 30min and nobody offered any drinks etc hayyyyyy.

Celine, on the other hand, has excellent customer service! Ayun buena mano SA nila hahha! I bought 4 bags. Binigay pa sakin personal email nya and number for our next visit in Paris.

^Ay ganun? I noticed nga sa FSH store nila medyo curt yung mga SA nila (but that's where I got my Jypsiere hehe). Sabagay talaga naman kasi marami parati tao dun and most of the time mga Asians. I find the SAs at their rue de Sèvres store friendlier. Dun nag-offer sila ng champagne pa pero we declined since we were in a hurry and wala din naman yung gusto ko.

^Yes my Tita who also just got back from Paris went to the rue de Sèvres branch and she definitely liked it more than the st. honore branch. Pero ayun wala pa rin birkins nor kellys for sale huhuhu.

She got a jypsiere and wallet na lang daw. I think wala talagang stocks now coz the workers are on summer break.

Maiba tayo, I heard a lot of interesting stories re: Hermes Silk ball from one of my aunties esp the muses hehe.

I'm loving the hermes cdc bracelets. Ang ganda pala nito no? Lol bought it in black and dark khaki color GHW. I swore I will not buy any Hermes leather accessories but this is too nice to pass up! ☺️

Guys, I've read somewhere about the mothership's racial profiling for the Bs & K's. They don't usually sell to Asians daw dahil they believe they are resellers daw. Unless syempre mga VIPs. Or I think if you're new to Hermes, you have to do your homework first. I'm eyeing a few clic-clacs and an Herbag kasi and I'm new to Hermes so medyo umpisa muna before I look for a K Sellier Box na talagang gusto ko. Ang layo ng Hermes shop ditooooo so I might get them at Madison Ave. Some recommended me that shop due to Claude but he's retiring na daw (pero papalitan by someone from Paris known to be very good with colour details). I don't know if that would affect my future H knowing I'm a klutz and might need constant spa treatments hehe  anyway, ano pa bang US H shop marerecommend nyo with good SAs? I wont be travelling to Eu anytime soon so stick nalang muna sa NYC.

^I've been to their Madison ave. store and I didn't feel discriminated naman. Ang kulit ko pa nga eh kasi I was looking for the elusive red Lindy pero no luck talaga.    If you're looking for something in particular you can call any of the Hermes stores in the US to inquire. They will entertain you naman. That's what I did, actually si sister ko pinatawag ko sa Cleveland, Chicago and San Francisco stores.

^ hello mama squeak! There's an H store around my area pero I heard a lot of not-so-good reviews about them so I might get my stuff from another state. Isa pa, hindi siya touristy so sayang lang din ako pagdayo ko dun kaya sa Madison nalang ako. lol About the racial profiling naman, sorry I did not backread nor did I read other posts from here. Basta lang akong nagquick reply sa thread. I was talking about the H flagship store at 24 Faubourg Saint Honoré aka FSH. You guys were talking about the customer service na rin pala. vhanya's reklamo about them is true from what I heard ha, I havent been there and no plans to go there. Sayang ang pila.

^Im not sure they if do that but nakakatawa naman coz the time I was there all the customers were Asian particularly Chinese and Japanese. And everyone knows that most of their sales are from Chinese nationals lols!

Que may racial profiling or not, I'm not going back there. I'd rather buy my bags from stores that value me as a paying customer like the Hermes Ginza or any Japanese branch. I have yet to try the other Paris branches though

^Next time you're in Paris, go to their rue de Sèvres or George V store instead. Mas mababait yung mga SAs nila. Problem lang with these stores limited yung inventory nila unlike the flagship FSH store. Yun lang talaga naman pila and yes, halos lahat Asians. Hehe.

Oh by the way, wala na pala yung Hermes shop sa HKG airport. I was hoping pa naman for my elusive red Lindy. Is it cheaper ba in Japan than HKG?

hhhmmm i don't think the racial profiling is true... actually now sales come from asians -- japanese and chinese. i was in paris last summer and i entered the rue sevres store with a caucasian lady -- ako unang nilapitan ng SA.

the fsh store has too many visitors, i bet the SAs are tired already. and the chinese (sorry for being mean) can be very irritating. they talk loud and push

It's cheaper in HK. Mahal sa Japan even after the tax refund. Mas mura lang sila ng konti Greenbelt branch hehe

Hahaha reminds me of the Chanel store na ang haba din ng pala, puro puti din.. Asians nga lang.  Siguro ichecheck ko nalang din ang stocks sa FSH and check the other two shops for stocks but will stick with Madison. I need to build rapport with my SA although they no longer accept SOs for BBKs. Anyway, mama squeak, may number ka ba ng SA mo? You may ask her for the red Lindy. Some SAs go the extra mile minsan sila na rin nagooffer ng B/K sa clients nila. Kapag umikot ako ng H shops itatanong ko red Lindy mo.

Speaking of SAs pala, aside from the SAs in Paris, kapag tinanong mo sila kung sino busiest SAs next to them, sagot nila Russians. I was expecting [for their answer to be] Japs, Chi or Americans. lol And regarding the racial profiling, it also came from one of the SAs from the FSH store. Pili lang dahil inaavoid nila ang resellers (this is for the B/K ha). Next time siguro, makikichika ako. Dang, 30mins sa pila ang tagal kaya nun.

i saw an hermes bag (used from japan) sold at brand conscious in gh shoppesville. herbag daw yun sabi ng salesgirl. how will i know if it's orig? 52 thousand last price. fabric tapes leather ang strap and the flap.

No Bs nor Kellys in Hermes Ginza. Grabe! Before it's soo easy to buy one of these bags here.

Mom was able to buy a new B 35cm in Clemence leather at L'ecrin Boutique here in Tokyo. It's a famous reseller but grabe ang markup!!! Halos 300k more expensive that buying at the Hermes shop.

Never akong nag-attempt na pumasok sa Hermes store cause I know that all bags are worth 6 figures.  Baka matahin lang ako ng sales lady.

^Sis yung Garden Party tote ang one of the cheapest yung made of canvas with leather (trim and handles). Mas mahal yung all leather version niya.

I totally forgot about the Herbag. It must be slightly cheaper than a canvas Garden Party tote. An SA showed it to me over a year ago but I never considered getting it.
