Hi mga sis! Meron bang eclipse sa may bandang south kasi i heard 24/7 daw ito so mas maganda siya kasi sa mga hectic na schedule makakaaccomodate ka. Usually kasi 6am to 9pm lang ang mga gyms. which is not practical kung may work ka.

bad news, wala. good news is some coaches live in the south so another option is you can perhaps you can hire a coach from the south to train you in your house

Up for this. Im planning to enroll sa shaw i live/ work in makati. Sino taga makati who goes to shaw branch. Also baka may kilala kayong looking for partner rate

^In mabini branch i can say showers are ok. I think they have muay thai classes also not sure. Months prior to summer season they have bikini bodies class

Planning to sign up before the year-end at the Shaw branch... ayusin ko lang muna my (and my son's) schedule... plus, reading from their site's articles, i need to get the right shoes muna...

Pwede ka naman mag-iwan ng laptop, but when you are done for the day, you have to take your laptop with you

as for footwear, you can train barefoot so no worries

Hello

Looking for a partner to get the discount for 3mos, nearest ako Malate branch.

Tinanong ko si bf kung gusto nya, kaso near Resorts World sya nakatira, so hindi pa nya nagpagdedecide-an kung ok sa kanya kasi yung byahe. Sabi ko naman malapit lang kung gusto nya.

Pero in case hindi nya type, will be looking for a partner just for the discount. Yung partner rate naman is for both branches di ba and up to 5persons yung allowable daw ng partner rate.

PM nyo lang ako if you are interested. Naisip ko, 3mos muna para if ever after ng 3months na yun e magkaroon ng bikini bodies class, e maka-enroll ako for that din para hindi mag-overlap sa regular fees.

at the moment the muay thai classes are thursday 8pm and boxing during sunday 530pm... as the demand increases, more skeds will be opened
