Eclipse 24/7 Fitness Center

Everyone is so excited about this gym. I'm not really that familiar with it.. I've only been to Fitness First and Slimmers World. So, is there anybody who can tell me what is so special about this fitness center?

I mean, is there anything special with it that can actually match Slimmers and Fitness First?

it's different from slimmer's and fitness in that it emphasizes freeweights over machines. however, it also has a range of cardio equipment that matches mainstream fitness center's -- treadmill, elliptical, stationary bikes, etc. they also have dumbbells, kettlebells, squat racks, etc.

the emphasis is on freeweights because it provides (imho) the best results for your physique. plus you're given a program when you enroll, so you won't have persistent pt's trying to salestalk you into signing up for several sessions, and ignoring you when you don't. so unless you prefer someone personally guiding you, you can work out on your own.

Branches nila sa Ortigas area lang ba? How about their rates? I tried going to their website but for some reasons, parang it was not stated there??

I also work out there. Sa Shaw branch nila. Pwede kaw bumababa ng Starmall (MRT Shaw) then sakay ng jeep to Puregold. Harap sya mismo ng Puregold.

Ms Isa will start a new batch for "bikini session". Excited na ako.

1. I'm a guy. . I'm actually in charge of most, if not all programs of eclipse shaw...

yeah, if we can work out a feasible sked, why not?? If I'm not available, I'd consider asking one of the coaches to oversee the program with me still in charge of the program design

super newbie ako pagdating sa exercise hahaha..medyo tamad kc ako pero balak ko magstart maggym next year. if, mag enrol ako, meron pa kayong idea how much lahat lahat babayaran? para makapagready na..haha..thanks sa mga magrereply

^ if you're not going to get one-on-one training, you only have to pay the monthly dues (1500/month kung cash, 1250/month kung card).

yup, the cash rate is higher. sa credit card kasi, autodebit monthly. one-on-one training depends on the trainer, but the range is generally 350-500 per session.

I'm a gym newbie and based on what I've read about eclipse, I feel that it's the perfect gym for me.  I plan sana that for the first month, I go for the one-on-one sessions and then switch to the regular rates after.  Is this possible?

I'm near the Malate branch; can you recommend a female trainer? I wasn't sure if I should ask for you or Isa.

hi sis! i'm isa. i'm not from the malate branch, unfortunately -- let me ask who the best coach for you there would be, and i'll get back to you. it's usually not a problem to have one-on-one sessions then switch to your own after.

blessing sana sa akin yung Malate branch, as in lalakarin ko lang sa lapit. kaso hindi ko afford ang rates, mas mahal pag cash, at ayoko naman magka cc para lang makadiscount ng magkano lang.

nalulungkot naman ako.. kasi gustong gusto kong magEclipse kahit anlapit ko rin sa FiFi sa Rob. kaso di talaga kaya ng budget ko (i'd rather give the money to my mom instead of isang bwan ko lang sa Eclipse yun).

well siguro balik nalang talaga ako sa pagsspeed walking sa Baywalk, at least libre.

pero... hmfff... im sorry disappointed lang ako sa sarili ko hindi ko  kasi afford.
