^^thanks sis. Talagang tinanong ko pa kahapon if GMT or PHT time hahaha buti yun nagreply naman sya kanina ko nabasa. Kaso mukhang pinoy din yung nagme message sakin pero under sya ng oDesk na employer name. Pag sinabi bang ganun eh odesk ba mismo yun? Napagtripan ko lang e research yung name nya kagabi at accdg sa nalaman ko eh taga pilipinas din sya. Di pa ako nagrereply sa ganung time nila eh kasi iniisip ko if papanong way nila ako iinterviewhin (takot mode) if do i have to provide headset with mic pa or something tapos naka cam with matching corporate attire  pwede ko kaya itanong yun? kasi wala akong headset eh need ko pa bumili if ever, di ko pa kasi na experience ma interview ng ganung set up puro chat lang.

mga sis question, nagloloko kase page ng odesk sakin ngayon kaya di ako makapagraise ng ticket. yung employer ko may dapat pa bayaran sakin na $40 dollars additional dun sa nakaset na limit sa diary. 20 hours kase yung nakaset dun then nagdagdag kami 10 hours pa. now nakapending na yung payment para sa 20 hours ko pero tinatanong ng employer kung pano nya mababayaran yung additional 10 hours pa. bago din kase sya sa odesk. tsaka pano daw magbigay ng feedback. di ko naman mabrowse yung odesk ngayon for answer kase ayaw magopen ng page. tia!

^ Clarification sis:

1) 20 hours per week ba ang assignment mo?
2) Pinag work ka ba ng 10 hours more last week after consuming all the 20 hours limit?
3) What does the $40 represent? Yung 10 hour additional work mo last week? Or it's a bonus (simply an amount of money on top of your 20-hour limit?

Kung mag-e-end assignment ka na sa client, doon pa lang magbibigay ng feedback. I suggest that you wait for the odesk site to be okay, tingin ko hindi naman magtatagal ang downtime. Search for "how to give feedback" or something like that sa mismong "help" section ng odesk then send that link to your client. Step by step instructions na iyon usually with matching screenshots na rin.

Of course for the above three concerns din, it is still better to raise that ticket - when the odesk site is okay. Mas nasisilip ng odesk support mo ang account mo than us.

got an invite for an interview! yey! 1st odesk job ko to kung sakali! waiting for client's reply for the schedule.

Thanks for the reply. Yes 20 hrs per week ang assignment ko. And the rate is $4.05 so ang nabill lang is yung 20 hours. then si employer nag approve ng additional 10 hours pa but since 20 hours lang yung weekly limit yun lang ang nabill. eh hindi din alam ni employer pano magbayad dun sa additional pa na 10 hours. buti na lang naging ok na yung odesk kanina at nasagot na yung tanong ko.

Naku yan din ang kinakabahan ako. yung interview portion. lalo na siguro kung audio at video. Thank God sa 2 jobs ko, puro derecho work na. hindi ko din yata kakayanin yan ganyan level ng interview.

^ It will just be billed to your client like your first 20 hours. There's no need for your client to send money via "bonus".

But check on odesk support to be sure.

^^ oo nga sis eh kaya nga ako di makapag apply sa ibang company dati kasi takot ako sa interview hahaha eh papano pa ngayon kung foreigner ang magi interview di ba. haist  yung mga last odesk jobs ko kasi puro chat based lang ang interview at di naman ganun kaseryoso kasi hired na agad. don't know what to expect

@sis saskia, I'm not sure pero parang may nabasa ako dati na in excess of the weekly hour limit, you have to manually add the hours in your work diary para maisama yun sa billing ng client mo. Dati din kasi nag-excess ako at di talaga nabill sa client. Pero di ko na din hinabol kasi minutes lang naman yun. But yours is 10 hours so malaking bagay yun. Or one option is to give it to you as bonus. Pero pag bonus, yung odesk fee charge sa member, not sa client.

Mga sis, nag-eerror ba Odesk team nyo? I keep getting disconnected in the middle of work. Sabi wrong password daw. Eh ba't ako nakakapag-log ng hours kung wrong password. Bungi-bungi tuloy yung work diary ko.

Kahapon medyo nagloloko din sakin yung team app ko, tapos yung capturing ng snapshot wala sa oras eh di ba dapat every 10 minutes based sa nabasa ko dito. minsan nga tagal din magload ng teams unlike dati na meron agad.

Undecided pa din ako mga sis re interview, sino na ba na interview dito yung live chat hehe ano ba usually tinatanong ng client. Gusto ko yung work kaso kinakabahan talaga ako di ko alam kung magpapa sched na ako para bukas o hindi pa

^no sis, di laging saktong 10 mins yung interval ng sa screenshot. at least that's what I've observed.

may mga phone interview din ako dati. 2 of my clients now, phone interview (optional yung video pero di ko na in-on yung cam ko hehe, ngarag look eh). para nga akong eng-eng, di ko matapos-tapos yung mga sentences ko, nabubulol pa ako hehe. buti na lang mabait yung mga clients.

kaya mo yan sis. kakakaba talaga sa umpisa. pag andun ka na, di na nakakakaba. yung mga tanong depende yun sa client eh, basta sagot lang ng sagot. nevermind the grammar at accent hehe.
