same question. nagtataka din ako. sabi kasi high tide daw. pero nagsasabay  naman before ang high tide at typhoon pero never heard na nasira before ang breakwater.

we were at our condo near manila bay when the storm surge pounded roxas blvd. naku you will really hear the growl and hiss of the wind! and the force of the wind shook the sliding doors of the balcony hard and the kitchen windows too but good thing matitibay to. the basement parking of most condos are submerged in floodwater till now. good thing our cars are parked on the second floor. but one unit owner lamented na nabagsakan ng flower pot ang van nya at basag ang windshield. naka park kasi outside of the building kaya double jeopardy pa nangyari.

Today, dito sa may tagaytay area super windy and gloomy na talaga,but drizzling pa lang.hays i heard merong bagyong ramon after quiel. I dunno how true.
