ang hirap ng customer service nila pag nagpa repair k ng phone sa kanila. my sis bought a phone
from them, that's december. then feb. nasira yung phone dinala sa repair center nila. until now
walang feedback kung ano na nangyari sa phone. every month tumatawag para i-follow up wala sila
mabigay na feedback! poor service!!!

bad trip yung nabili ko, cherry m33. nung una ok pa pero eventually nasira yung LCD,kailangan tuloy pagawa. tapos nun namamatay mag-isa. nainis na ako kaya bumili na ako ng samsung duos (kasi type ko talaga dual sim na..)  sana mas ok na.

^yes sis. Yung cherry mobile, torch at myphone, sulit lang sila sa mga cp na may keypad, mapa candybar phone or qwerty

I bought a Cherry Mobile Q60 late last year, it has triple sim. Weeks pa lang sken, it turns off on it's own. There was a time it didn't open for 1 day and until now, minsan off yung phone and I always had to check it kasi I use it for business calls baka namatay nanaman.

Qwerty Keypad - matigas and maingay
Triple Sim - okay na okay for me, diff. networks in 1 phone
Inbox and Messages - you can't sort messages, has a limit too, so you can't store messages
Contacts - you have to look for your contacts based on 1st letter, not applicable yung keywords
Calendars and Notes - not useful
Ringtone - loud enough even when it vibrates

In short it's mainly for calling and texting but anyway it's very cheap.

Inaabangan ko [textspeak!] bago nila ngaun sa Android line up nila, it's rebranded phone from India, Cherry Mobile Flare, sabi sa ibang forum pag rebranded ng Cherry matibay daw unlike [textspeak!] mga naunang models na sila [textspeak!] may gawa, anyway with Flare naman, dual core, 4 in capacitive screen, ICS, wifi hotspot, and the best it's only 4k! kahit masira or manakaw, ndi masakit sa loob hehe

I got myself a Cherry Mobile Titan yesterday at Php 6,499.

first impression - it's ginormous! 

my "first" Android device and a dual sim at that with 5" LCD, bang for the buck talaga!

P9 ata yung dati kong fone. Yun ba yung may qwerty keypad at trackball?

Definitely mura siya and in fairness tumagal naman yung fone ko for around 2 years. BUT mararamdaman mo talaga na nagtipid sila sa hardware. Ibang iba yung performance sa branded phones at pangit pa yung OS ng P9 (kung yun nga yun ha).

Feature-wise and performance-wise, bitin na bitin. May wifi nga, ang hina naman sumagap, Yung web browser, lumang luma. May TV tuner naman siya, which is kind of neat na rin naman, pero ang dali naman makaubos ng battery. Also, sira na siya ngayon. So sakto lang 2 years na life niya. Di na bumubukas at all ngayon.

For me, naging good enough lang siya as a call-and-text phone,  not really a smart phone.

Personally, I'm no longer as impressed with this brand as before, given na alam ko sa hardware pa lang, mahina na. You get what you pay for, I guess. Pero advise ko lang, if you can spend a little more, go for samsung/htc/nokia/lg na lang. Or convert from capex to opex and subscribe to a plan na may free (branded) phone. For plan 350 ata, may samsung galaxy y na. mas sulit pa yun.

how's your phone naman in terms of usability?

tinapay - pretty much a good and solid phone. lasts 24 hours to 1 and a half day despite being connected to wifi for most of the time.

interface is fluid and snappy. if you've been an Android device user, nothing new except for the whopping 5" screen.

of course, using it side by side with my iPhone 5, washed out yung color pero with a bit of tinkering, okay na din.

I cannot demand more from this device given the price tag but honestly, may aliw factor sya mainly because of the size.

^oh ok. ok ba yung camera nya, with flash? i've never had an android. i'm thinking pa of trying cherry mobile e baka after a year lang, sira na phone. the flare looks interesting too.  their endorser pala is anne curtis (both for titan and flare).

Any feedback on W300 costs 2,999 ata or 3,999 and sa Flare. I'm planning to buy for my eldest. Kaya lang there's one in my fb contacts, she bought flare and posted it. Then we were waiting for her review after a week pero wala pang 1 week, she posted - sira na raw yung camera nung flare niya. The camera just turned black and then she returned it and CM replaced the unit and extended a 2 days warranty.

I own 3 CM units kasi pag na cute-an ako saunit, binibili ko. So far, matibay kahit ilang hagis at bagsak na ng 3yr old ko! Hindi pa nakakahinayang kasi uber cheap nga. The one I bought just today is the D12 TV. Madalas kasi traffic pauwi & there are some soaps on TV that I don't want to miss, hehe

Yung cherry mobile flare type ko yun.. Mura sya, dual core, dual sim, dual cam pa! Kaso baka naman masayang lang 4k ko kung madali rin lang masisira.. Sa palagay nyo mga sis okay kaya yumg unit na yun? Kasi may type din ako sa sony ericson, yung xperia neo L 8,800 php nalang kasi kay kimstore yun pero kung mas okay ang cherry mobile flare (durability and specs) eh yun nalang bibilihin ko...
