Agree. But they are more strict. Di ko na tinuloy yong loan ko sa kanila kasi colurum tinitirhan ko  , hindi nag iisue ng BIR official recipt. Ayon wala ako masubmit notarized lease contract.

sis, try mo muna sss at pag-ibig, mas lower interest at di mahigpit. minsan nga may condonation pa.

baka may company loan sa work mo, try mo din. mas lower interest din yan.

pag di pwede dun or kulang pa, sa friend or kamag-anak kahit may interes na 10-15% per annum.

last option mo banks kasi mataas requirements at interes nila. mahirap magbayad ng utang. 

sa banks, BPI ang lowest interest rate.

I applied in BDO. Declined  . SSS and PAGIBIG, kulang pa contributions ko..

Hello.. mag ask lang po. I am an OFW based in Singapore. naghahanap po kasi pwede ko mapag loanan habang andito ako sa Singaore nagwowork. yung ibang alam kailangan daw nasa pinas ka. baka may mairecommend po kayo need ko lang po kasi enrollment and medyo tight ang budget.

It baffles me why BDO declined my loan recently. This is just a renewal of a loan that i recently paid off. What's aggravating is that we have 2 savings accounts and 1 checking account with them na puro good standing and healthy. I have a BDO credit card that i always pay in full. Tapos sasabihan ako declined?? At bakit?

I remember pa na few months before I completely paid off my loan (paid off in April), tumawag sila saken to top up kase daw good payer, good standing etc. I declined kase hinde ko pa kelangan at that time and nire-reserve talaga namin yan pang-renovate ng condo unit namin once it gets turned over. Hinde ko talaga malubos maisip kung bakit. Samantalang yung isang joint account namin sa kanila, di hamak na mas mataas ang balance kesa sa nilo-loan na amount namin.

Kairita lang, tapos walang maisagot na matino. Yung husband ko pinapunta ko don to talk to the branch manager at baka hinde ko magustuhan isagot saken, mas mairita pa ko.
