^ Do you get your remittances from online jobs? Ganyan din ang case sa akin. I decided to get a secured credit card at BPI.

Most banks are pretty much hesitant in giving out credit cards, at mas lalo na sa loans for those who are not employed - that is, freelancers/self-employed and even business owners. Hindi fixed at guaranteed kasi ang income.

It's not unusual to see that the annual income requirements for this type of group are higher.

I pre-paid my 2-year personal loan sa Chinatrust. I got  money kasi and i decided to pay the loan na. Grabe, yung binayaran ko more than pa sa nakuha ko na loan amount. Yung 2 months na nahulog ko napunta lang lahat sa interest and pre-termination fee. di na ko uulit mag-personal loan hehe

sis, any feedback sa standard chartered personal loan. They text me na pwede daw ako magloan hehe

I also got a text, but from a cellphone number lang, offering me a loan through Standard Chartered Bank daw, but I'm hesitant kasi maraming scam na ganyan sa text diba? Tinry mo ba tawagan yung number na binigay sis or legit na standard chartered talaga ang tumawag/nag-offer sayo? I badly need money right now kasi talaga and unfortunately, hindi na naman na-approve ang loan application ko sa BDO. I tried asking for the reason for the disapproval pero sabi nung customer agent, kahit daw sila hindi nila alam and I signed daw saying that the bank has no obligation to tell me why I was disapproved. Second time nako dinisapprove ng BDO 

Saan po kaya madaling magapply ng personal loan?

@basha: through a branch ka ba nagapply sa Chinatrust? Kahit mataas ang interest nila, papatusin ko na. And mejo malaki talaga ang pre-termination fee. Tinry mo ba i-compute kung itutuloy mo ang pagbabayad against the amount the babayaran mo sa pre-termination?

Kaya as much as possible I don't avail of those personal loans from banks.

Kung di naman sobrang kalakihan (around P20k to P50k) then pwede na ang PAGIBIG at SSS - borrow from both at the same time e di mas malaki pa ang mahihiram. If you preterminate your loans there, wala nang pretermination penalties at mas maliit pa ang interest.

Sa PAGIBIG if you pay within the grace period of 2 months, wala ring interest.

Saan po kaya madaling magapply ng personal loan?

Kung saan ka may bank accounts, preferably with high balances, at sa bank na may credit card ka with good history - mas malaki ang chance na maapprove ang loan mo.

If you have problems with other credit cards and/or loans at ANY Philippine bank, at nasa negative database ka na (as in collecting agency na ang naniningil sa iyo complete with all the lawsuit stuff), then chances of getting loans at ANY Philippine bank are slim.

@bratinella: nagtry na ako mag-apply sa BDO a few weeks ago, and disapproved ang application ko. Agent yung nag-text sakin? You think safe kaya yun? desperado nako kasi...

Yup makikita ng ibang banks ang credit standing mo. Malamang yan ang reason kung bakit declined ang application mo.

@bratinella: tinignan ko ang requirements for sss loan application, kailangan daw ng i-present ang sss ID, kaso pink paper pa rin ang akin dahil mula nung nagwork ako, hindi ko na naasikaso ang sss ID ko.

@bratinella: tinignan ko ang requirements for sss loan application, kailangan daw ng i-present ang sss ID, kaso pink paper pa rin ang akin dahil mula nung nagwork ako, hindi ko na naasikaso ang sss ID ko.

Yup makikita pa rin ang credit history whether maganda ito o hindi. Pero sana huwag ka nang umabot sa point na mablacklist ka na.

Doon sa SSS, try mong magpresent ng ibang government-issued IDs (magdala ka ng 2 to be sure). Isama mo na rin ang pink paper para less hassle.

Kung nakatagal ka sa PAGIBIG, baka malaki-laki na rin ang pwede mong hiramin sa kanila. Dala ka rin ng IDs just in case.

Hi sis! Yes, safe yung site and secure yung information mo, you can check yung Privacy Policy at the bottom of the page. Saka registered din sa DTI and SEC, you can search under Lenddo Lending Corporation.

Interest rate is at more or less 1.99%/month.. Kung complete mo requirements na online din, pwede 1 business day ma process. Pero syempre depende din sa evaluation ha?

oh okay, will browse through lenddo again, medyo nagalangan kasi ako in putting more info pero i signed up na. anyway, i changed my mind about the personal loan ~ nagloan ako sa savings nalang ng anak ko at tutubuan ko nalang ang sarili ko. haha! 

maybe lenddo will be helpful once i get back to schooling since medyo malaki ang tuition fee. thanks!
