Hi girls! Gusto ko talagang mag-venture sa beauty products/cosmetics business. and I am planning to start with lippies muna before ako mag-add ng other products.

Nakaplano na pagbukas ko ng retail shop (brick and mortar) sa May. Problema ko kung paano makakakuha ng store manager na puede maiwanan. Wala ako kamag anak na makuha kasi lahat may work. Nasa manila kasi ako tapos sa probinsya yung business.
May mga naka-experience na ba sainyo ng ganitong set-up?

I started online selling rtw last December. Una may supplier ako, pero namahalan ako sa reseller price nya yung tipong 20-30 na lang maipapatong ko kasi wala na bibili dahil aabot ng 300plus pesos pag nilakihan ko pa patong.. then I tried looking for other suppliers, yung direct sa mananahi then nakahanap naman ako. After that almost sold out na lagi, mga 2 items or 3 items less na lang natitira sa mga paninda ko. May kita pa ako.  Right now I'm doing inventory and checking kung ano yung mga nirerequest ng buyers ko.

December or early January next year I'm planning to have my own Tiangge, target ko sa mga MRT/LRT mall, kaya yung vacation leaves ko tinitipid ko para sa mga days na need ko magprocess ng permit.

Any idea sis kung papano yung ganito? May target area na ako na, upon observation sa almost weekly ko na pag daan sa place na yun, maintain naman yung mga tiangge, as in years na sila dun sa place (not sure if dahil may contract sila?). I'm hoping na hindi ako malugi. I'm fairly new to this but I realized na if I don't act now, baka too late na sa susunod.

HELP sissies! How much do you thing tiangges earn daily? Lets say sa isang MRT/LRT mall. Ako magpapatakbo (as in ako magtitindera because I heard horror stories from friends na kinukupitan sila ng tindera), willing to risk my job for this.

Hi po! Ang dami yata ng nag open ng rtw business. Okay po ba ang return? Do you use your personal FB account in posting your items? Hesitant kasi ako na gamitin yung personal acct ko sa facebook kasi baka may marinig akong hindi maganda sa mga kamag anak ko. Lol

I have small businesses din like spas and travel agency. So far 3 years na ang travel agency ko at 2 years na ang dalawa kong spas. On the first year ng mga businesses ko wala talagang income. Halos nagaabuno lang ako pero later on kumita na rin, nakakabawi na rin. Ang importante sa pagbusiness talaga ay mahaba ang pisi mo. Dapat meron kang pang tapal during low season at dapat hindi lang yong business mo ang aasahan mo agad lalo na kung kakastart mo pa lang.

Nagventure kami sa small business recently. Food park sa Ilocos.
So far ang lakas ng kita kasi sobrang dami ng tourists. We're turning 1 month on May 10. Kakatayo lang din kasi nung Food park last month.
Here are the things that we took into consideration:
Theme and Concept. Aside from the food na masarap and affordable, it should also be catchy and "intagrammable" kasi majority of the customers ay tourists na millenials. So big points pag kakaiba at photogenic yung food na binebenta mo. Not to mention na yung interior and exterior design ng stall namin is somewhat catchy enough to attract customers.

mga sis I am planning to sell thai milk tea in front lang ng house, kaso ang hirap naman palang maghanap ng mga teas from Thailand eh ang mahal din naman ng shipping charge kung on line. Paano kaya ang magandang approach ng business na ganito.

Hi, semi newbie here (cant open my old account from 2008).  Im currently full time sa business na sinimulan namin ng mga former work colleagues ko. This is not my first business, I had my rtw business sometime in 2010 pero I had to close it down since nagkaproblema sa partner ko.

Now, after a few years, we decided to open a business. Hindi ko masasabi na small kasi millions din ang capital. Distributor kami ng mga imported food supplement and coffee. We did the business plan since eto rin naman yung work namin. Kumbaga, yung trabaho namin ginawa naming negosyo.

I had to resign last January para matutukan yung sales and operations. Im really disaappointed coming into our 4th month of operations. Hay. Mahirap dahil walang income pa, puros palabas at pambayad ng suppliers kung ano man yung kinikita namin. Then on credit kami, naexperience namin matakbuhan ng malaking halaga.

Talagang tiyaga at dapat ready ka na hindi muna kumita.

My top tip on how to start a small business is... to just go and do it.

Maliit pa rin business ko (August 2018 ako nagstart). At least now, I'm no longer thinking of how to start. Scaling na ang iniisip ko. Challenge ko ngayon is time kasi yung major operations di ko pa ma outsource, ako pa lahat gumagawa. I'm still a full time employee. Ang hirap rin magtrain ng tao kasi. And syempre I try to keep the expenses down, so as much as I can, I do everything myself. It's not ideal so I'm really thinking of outsourcing and gumastos na sa human resource.
