maganda din alive. Ive been taking this for 2 months and pansin ko di ako masyado stress or pagod sa trabaho. plus na gain ako ng weight which is beneficial for me since so so skinny ko dati.

i used to take up conzace and vitaglow. I stopped and this is the result. Me browsing this thread. Para kong lantang gulay! And sluggish, sleepy, hirapan din ako magconcentrate kasi ang lethargic ng pakiramdam ko. And affected din ang sleep ko. what to take.. Ano ba best itake? Nagiging anemic nadin ata ako, ghad!

stresstabs. i take it every night  before i go to sleep kasi pag tinake ko to ng umaga inaantok ako ng sobra. ok naman kasi fully recharged ang feeling ko when i wake up tapos di talaga ako inaantok sa work the whole day. but the downside is, pinipimples ako dito because of the vitamin b-complex. kaya i stopped it na.

anything na mataas ang vitamin B (niacin, thiamine, riboflavin, cyanocobalamin, panthotenic acid). B vitamins kasi also work on the nervous system. energy releasers kumbaga.

need ko talaga ng energy booster. pasin ko these past few days madali akong mapagod. like pagdating ko sa bahay ng 6pm, antok na antok na ako. eh pano na si baby? alangan naman tulugan ko lang. tapos parang ang hirap bumangon sa umaga, ang aga pa naman gumising ng baby ko.
