I've never really tried L-Carnitine na yun lang, its always sa form ng juices, started with yung madals i-commercial F&R but then sumasakit na sa bulsa kasi you'd have to take 3 bottles / day pala para sa tamang dosage of around 900mg. kaya nag switch ako sa minimix, juice drink din, good for 1 liter, around 17.50 lang, mukhang ok naman sa akin, sabagay I also workout kaya nagkaka tulungan siguro sila.

huhuhu wala atang effect yung cosmobody sakin.  kasi i tried eating as regularly as possible. exercise din. nag gain ako add ko ba dosage dito?

im taking cosmobody 30min before breakfast..mas ok for me.

i asked kanina sa watson's edsa central. 720 daw isang bottle. that makes it 12 pesos per capsule kasi 60 caps yung laman nun. tumaas na po ba price nya?

mga sis I want to try this na wala sa juice kasi super tamis lahat ng nagcclaim na may L-carnitine pero hindi ko alam kung san nakakabili and what brands ang ok..And what side effects nito sa inyo so far? TIA

^ sis ako im using carnicore, distributed by pzifer. its about 22/tab ... wala naman ako naging side effects, mas madali ka lang pag pawisan.

oh yeah! forgot about that rule.  missed out on taking it for a week. sige, 30 minutes before eating. pero ok lang coz i got to exercise while cleaning the house up. hehe
