handcarry ko palagi medicines and vitamins ni baby just in case meron flight delays, at least i have them on hand and ready to use..

kahit nag thanks ka na, makisagot lang. naisip ko bigla. wala kami dala.

wala naman kasi kaming long flight usually. 5 hours pinaka mahaba so before we leave home naka vitamins na sya. and we don't travel din naman kapag masama pakiramdam nya so wala din gamot. meron namang basic meds, first aid kit sa plane.

although we experience na nag kalagnat sya 15 minutes after nag take off ang plane. this is a special case pala. but since 45 mins lang naman travel natulog lang sya. pagbaba ng plane, wala na ulit lagnat. weird. at derecho ospital. para sure na sure. =)

grabe! im taking my 1 year old son on a long flight sa September...ngayon pa lang stressed out nako. It's my first time travelling with my child alone. .....help...!!!

Just got back yesterday from a month long vacay in San Francisco with my 6yo and 4yo and although it's not their first flight, happy to say that they slept throughout most of the flight...whoopee super asikaso naman din kami ng cabin crew and going to SFO and coming back, even the pilots came to check on us (my hubby is a pilot so he endorsed us to colleagues, di kasi namin sya kasama nagtravel)...

last week pala nakabalik na kmi galing ng 5 days vacation sa province nila hubby.
they only checked my ID and did not look for my baby's birth certificate anymore. group kasi kami..me, hubby, my mom, gianna and her yaya, plus my bff.
flight to silay was more or less ok.. di naman nagiiyak si gianna.. more on maingay, daldal laughing, sigaw sya.. anyway.. the man in front of us kept on looking back at us.. everytime maiingay ang baby.. hello!! as if naman pwede namin ma control yung bata di ba? at least hinde sya umiiyak the whole 55 minutes na flight!
gianna got bored easily.. she didn't like playing with her fave toys.. hirap lang ng konti papunta..pero nung pauwi..ready na ako..di ko na nilagay sa handcarry ang toys nya kasi she was more insterested sa paper.. binigay ko sa kanya yung instructions booklet ng plane.. fold, unfold, sideways, upside down, right side up..30 minutes syang ganun..nung nagsawa at nakita yung plastic ng biscuits na bigay ng PAL as refreshment..nakikalkal..and when she saw her dad eating cookies.. binigyan ko na lang..i just scraped off the sugary cream and gave her the biscuit itself.. she also played with the cups..
bagong experience for her and new and scenery kaya very curious sya.. even sa ibinababang table.
very easy yung pag uwi.. pagdating ng bahay after washing tulog na agad..napagod kakalikot sa plane eh

1st trip ng anak ko when she was 1 yr..from US to pinas...3yrs old na cya now.
Di pa ako kasama nun ha..lolo nya ang kasama nya hehhe.
Ok naman daw, tulog lang ng tulog pero friend told me na kung iyak cya ng iyak eh laghan ng half tsp. yung milk nya ng benadryl. Yan din narinig ko sa ibang tao..Imagine isang araw na byahe yun..
Just make sure lang na meron cyang pacifier during take off and landing, sabi ni doc.

Son's first trip is from Manila - Taiwan - USA. He was 1 year and 7 months. He was a great traveler for his age, a charmer (he teased most of the passengers by playing Peek-a-Boo with them). How he's 2 years and 7 months and I'm planning a trip with him from US to Manila and maybe HK and SG.

My son's first trip US-Phils was 13mos. He was pretty good naman. But he's alwys been a good traveler. I guess the only challenge was at that age, gusto nya gumala gala so we walked him up and down the aisle a bit (nung pabalik na).
I wouldn't recommend drugging your child just to get through a flight.
We just packed a lot of little toys that I wrapped para entertained sya. Crayons, coloring books, reading books din did the job for us.

i actually think that travelling with a baby under 6mos is way easier. At that age kasi, tulog lang sila ng tulog.

really! nice..mom's visa kasi is expiring na by dec. kaya need ko samahan mag travel. i hope pumayag yung pedia ni baby, im giving birth next month.

My baby was one year old. Manila to Bangkok last December. christmas holidays. Short trip lang so no problem. she asked for milk on take off then went to sleep. Gabi kasi ang flight.
