Toys R Us has a gift registry. Funny nga cos you get a cart, get all the things you want for your kid, then go to cust svc. They'll manually make a list of the items you got. Haha. Feeling mo namili ka ng super dami. Sa SM Baby Co. medyo weird cos an attendant will follow you around, logging all the items you want. Asar kasi parang kahit di sinasadya parang mapapamadali ka sa pagpili ng items cos you don't want some one following you around ng matagal...then they'll give you a printout of your list..tapos give you the discount coupons...

^chaka ang konti lang ng items ng Baby and Co. Nung nasa Megamall kase ko I was like 'that's it?'. Kaya mas gusto ko sa Rustan's but i'll probably set up a registry on both. Kokontian ko lang items sa Baby and Co siguro.

I register both in SM baby company and rustans. Mas madami din choices sa rustans kasi pati damit covered unlike SM na yun nasa baby company lang yun iba damit di na kasali.

mostiqshannen and twelvth goddess, when you registered both sa SM and Rustans, i guess you different items yung mga pinili nyo? Kasi baka magdoble diba? How did you do it? Especially pag may wish ka na big item na hindi naman pwede magdoble (bouncer, swing tray, sterilzer, and the likes)..how did you decide which ones to register sa sm and wc ones sa rustans na hindi naman natin alam sino possoble magbigay and kung sa sm or rustans ba bibili yung guests natin.

^sis, there were several items on my sm and rustan's registry na parehas. i gave different coupons lang to my friends and good thing they asked me naman which gift i would prefer. yung mga sobrang close friends ko talaga, i proactively told them what to buy hahaha

Meron kase ko major items na nasa parehas na registry. Yung iba binigyan ko ng sm coupon lang tapos yung iba binigyan ko ng rustan's lang. on the registry itself naman din malalaman kung nabili na yung item.

ahhh,okay i see. So parang you sort of monitored din kung ma bumili na nung major item? Then if meron na bumili sa kabila,pattanggal sya sa list nung other store? Pasensha na ha, i want to register din kasi to both sm and rustans, since i like items sa rustans masmadami choices, but sm is more accessible to most, though di ko pa nacheck yung selections sa baby and co. I just had a gift registry at Toy Kingdom and Baby Company tonight.

sis, if they tell your name/event name at SM/Rustan's, they can view the list that you have..For SM gift registry, even if you registered at SM Makati, your list can be viewed at MOA, Megamall, and some other branches..

I see, so before buying the gifts kailangan inform muna pala nila any personel para ma-assist sila, so they can view the gifts. I thought, I can give them a link and they can view it before buying. Mas madali kasi yun. hehe. Thanks sis!

Yep, or they can show the SA the 10% discount stubs which has the details of your gift registry, so that they can be assisted with your list..

Uy! This is cool! I didnt know may ganito pala. Sensya na medyo ignorante lang hehe question, paano malalaman if nabili na (one of your guests) yung certain item sa registry mo? Can we check it online? Or do we need to to the store kung saan kame nagparegister? Thanks

I had my wedding registered at SM Dept Store Calamba. I went online (http://smgiftregistry.com/) and choose Calamba for my preferred branch.

They don't give out gift cert for duplicate purchase but they do allow you to exchange it for any items in the dept store. What I liked the most was the 'Registrant Card' which gives 10% on all purchases for a month or so. While your guest gets a 'Guest Card'.  I just wish I registered on an earlier date only 50% of my guest was able to buy the item from my wish list. Others thought that they have to bring the 'guest card' to avail the discount.  I don't know now if it is advisable to put the 'guest card' on your invitations or should I just put 'registered at.'


I'll have my baby shower next year I'm thinking of having registered there again...
